This pass not only saved us $$ but we went ahead of all line ups!! Per person (adult) I saved $110 pounds per person - for us that translated to a savings of $200 Canadian per person. It’s a no brainer. TIP: print off your passes to avoid any wifi issues.

Seems to be a solid value, just be aware of possible price reductions that may be in effect. We went to Hampton court but paid at the gate since admission was half price. On all regular price venues, this saved a decent amount compared to purchasing directly. Be aware that to use the pass you need to download the Go City app and access your pass through there.

Unfortunately, the only thing we used the pass for was Westminster Abbey. I was looking through the various tours and came across this one and thought it was a great deal! In my excitement, I paid for the pass and then realized I had already purchased the tickets for the sites we wanted to see, including the Tower of London opening ceremony tour and Kensington palace. We ended up missing the Kensington tour because we were exhausted. Live and learn!

We visited the Tower of London followed by a river Thames cruise and then Hampton court Palace. Will be using the city pass again when next visiting London

We were unable to use the Go City Pass. We downloaded what we thought was the ticket but the attractions could not scan the pass. We paid $246.16 for a pass that we were unable to use. We ended up paying out of pocket for attractions. We believe our money should be refunded. It would have been a good idea if it had worked.

I would not recommend purchasing the City Pass thru Viator.
Our first stop was Tower of London and they weren’t able to scans our bar code so I had to buy our tickets at this location.
We then went to the Royal Albert Hall and it did not work there either.
I called Viator when at Tower of London to get assistance but it was a US number and they weee closed.
I did request a refund and it is in process.

Excellent, very convenient for anyone who visits London. We really enjoyed the bus tour and have already visited a couple of attractions without the trouble of buying tickets for each individual place. I especially like the idea that you can use the pass over a period of 60 days, as you cannot really appreciate too many things in one day: if you spend a few days in London you can better enjoy a couple of attractions each day.

turned out to be stressful

The email confirmation I got from Viator was not accepted by the London Explorer Pass Office in London as it was incomplete. I have to call Viator to explain my predicament. Even the customer service was not getting a reply from the pass coordinator. Eventually, I let Viator talked to the pass customer representative so they would be the one to fix the problem. After an hour, we got our pass.

Excellent attraction but poor service

The pass was purchased for skip the line but when at Madame Tusad attraction counter said that pass does not have skip the line option in it and had to upgrade it with £15 per person (X3). Not fair and I don't know whom to blame. Is it Viator mistake or the attraction.
