Itinerary
Your tour begins in Central London, where you board a top-of-the-line, 16-seat Mercedes mini-coach and listen to a historic overview of western England during the journey.
After a countryside drive, your first stop is Avebury, home to a colossal stone circle that boasts the title of the world’s largest prehistoric stone circle, making it bigger than the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Stonehenge.
Following lunch (own expense), continue to Lacock village, famed for its picturesque streets, historic buildings, and role as a filming location.
The final stop is Bath. Have free time to discover the main attractions of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to the Roman Baths and spectacular Georgian architecture.
Conclude your tour with drop-off at your original departure point.

Graham was a great guide, telling us stories and about the sites as we were driving. And he provided clear and helpful guidance for each of the stops we made. Each of the stops were very interesting and diverse, and the itinerary of this activity works out really well. I highly recommend both this activity/trip, and Graham as your guide!

The tour guides were great -- pleasant and informative. This tour basically transports you to the listed places and then leaves you to wander around on your own. Avebury's stones are interesting; you can walk right up to them, but they're spread over a very large area, so their relative positioning isn't as obvious as at other ancient stone sites. The visit to Lacock is basically just to have a place to grab a quick bite to eat; I'd have preferred to skip that and head straight to Bath, where there were many more options and more to see. The guide and driver kindly let us off at the top of the hill, at the Royal Crescent, and it was an easy and pleasant walk back to the center of town. The tour didn't include entry to the Roman baths, but we were able to buy that ourselves in advance and were glad we did.
Would have liked more time in Avebury to walk the stones and add a map of the paths. More time I Lothian with a walking map. Less time in the bigger city of Bath.
It was a comfortable ride, great tour guides who were greatly informed about the area. Every stop was beautiful and worth it. Two issues: Sound system needs improvement. I couldn’t make out a lot of what guide was saying over the PA system. Muffled. Hard to hear exactly what was said. It was also a bit hard to find the starting spot (I gave myself a lot of extra time to find it, which I’d recommend). Lastly, there was no toilet to use when we returned to London after a 3 plus hour ride from Bath. That was rough! Had to sprint across the street and locate toilet in Victoria Station. Just be aware of that!
The sites are completely self directed, which is fine, but different frkm several of the other tours
The directions on the meetup spot from Viator were wrong and we nearly missed the tour. I'd advise that you double check via message about the pickup spot for the tour.
It was a small group. The driver was also our guide. He did a great job considering he had to fill two positions so to speak. He was very friendly and informative.
not enough time in bath to see everything and to much time at other stops with not much to see long trip by bus .
the travel time is quite long. the various stops are quite pleasant. The stone circle visit was much more interesting than bath.
Countryside lovely! Enjoyed & appreciated Rabbie's smaller bus w under 16 travelers!

I had a wonderful time visiting all three places. After about two hours on the road, we reached Avebury. We had just under and hour to walk amongst the impressive stones and pretty village. Another half hour or so from there was charming Lacock Village (wish I had thought to buy a ticket to tour inside the cathedral!). We spent close to an hour there before heading to Bath, where we had just over two hours to wander, shop and find food (it’s absolutely saturated with shops and restaurants). Very comfortable Sprinter van with places to put backpacks, coats, etc. Our guide, Katie, took great care of us! I hope to return and do future tours with Rabbies!
This was our first day excursion with Rabbie’s Tours. Carl was a wonderful guide. He pinpointed several places en route for us and gave tips about the places we stopped. We have also got extra time in Bath to visit the city.
Very educated and professional service from Gabriel! He is very thoughtful and go out of the way to ensure everyone has a good time.
The rain is a damper otherwise this is a trip not to be missed if you have a day free. Highly recommended!

Rabbies is the best out there.
This small group tour provides a short taste of each location. Driver did a good job providing information on each location offering suggestions to get the most out of the limited time at each location. A lot to see in 1 day. I will return to Bath to spend more time.
Good tour unfortunately neither weather nor traffic cooperated making the day long and wet. Carl had moments of brilliant humor and he should continue to cultivate his comedic talents. Commentary was a bit sparse at times. Great food in Bath!!!
A great day out. Good time spent in each place and Pete the driver and guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knew his stuff and his commentary and tips not only from the 3 places but about London on the way out was interesting. He also explained other Rabbies offerings and tips for other things to see and do in London which was brilliant.
Avebury has a stone circle that is even larger than Stonehenge! Lacock is beautiful, but Bath is unique. We could have spent another hour at the Roman baths. Be sure to see the Abbey and the Jane Austin center!

We LOVED this tour! The stones were very interesting and prompted must discussion. It was a beautiful area and we enjoyed the little village. The Roman Baths were amazing to see. We loved learning the history and wandering through the many chambers to learn about these public baths. This was a definite MUST SEE!
Very long day but very good. We had such a good time with Jack. We enjoyed getting out of the London area and Bath was such a great place. I was truly fascinated by the actual baths and could have spent so much more time walking around them. I only wish we had more time in Bath because it truly was an amazing town.

It was a long ng day but worthwhile. Driver/guide was helpful. Bath alone was worth the trip bit other stops were OK.
Great experience! The stones are amazing and you feel like you’re walking back in time when you visit Lacock. Bath is. Not to be missed - the baths and their history is fascinating. Our guide Dominic was very knowledgeable.
The tour was very well organised. It departed and finished on time. The tour guide, Lalji was very entertaining and knowledgeable. He gave us so much info throughout the tour.
Avebury is a site much larger than I was expecting, and I had a lovely walk through the stones. We were there for 45 minutes.
Lacock is a little treasure, it was amazing to see Harry Potter's filming locations such as Harry's parents house, and Professor Slughorn drive way. We spent 45 minutes there but I wish there was more time to visit the Abbey as well, apparently you need at least an hour to see it as it is part of a larger site and there is a lot of walking to do. However if the stop was of at least 1h15 probably there would have been time to do both.
Bath is a lovely town, with great atmosphere and many things to see. We spent 2 hours there and it was enough time.

Only 5 on our tour bus so was pretty quiet and relaxing! Great commentary and all as expected. Beautiful trip seeing the countryside and amazing to get up close to the Avebury stones! Lacock pretty little town. Friendly staff and yummy snack at the bakery. Bath needs a week or more! Beautiful town. Driver was good.
Avebury was spoiled by unleashed dogs; however, well worth visiting. We also passed the white horse on the hill. Lacock could have used more time to visit. The Roman Baths (definitely book ahead--price for ticket extra) would recommend.
Michel was our tour guide, super knowledgeable and witty! Would recommend for those that are tight on time (like ourselves), but wanting to see/experience the English countryside.
Sights are worth seeing. However, you spend a lot of time in the van. Not many bathroom opportunities. I recommend this conditionally because of the amount of time in van and limited bathroom stops.
