Wonderful tour. I really enjoyed walking around Bath and trying the Bath Buns and Cornish pasty foods. Stonehenge was iconic. The bus was very nice and our guide was very knowledgeable.

We meet Lilly at the London Eye for our adventure. The moment we departed Lilly was full of energy and knowledge. She was the perfect person for the job. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the small group tour. There was 14 of us, which was perfect. There was ample opportunity to see the sights and views. It was a beautiful day.

We had a fantastic experience on this small group tour. It was our family of three along with 7 other folks, and we definitely preferred this over a big group tour because it felt more personal and relaxed. Our guide Lucy was knowledgeable, engaging, and very funny. Even our teenager enjoyed the tour and found Lucy entertaining, which says a lot. She shared interesting history and made the long bus ride comfortable and enjoyable. The group itself was pleasant as well, which added to the experience. The tour was well organized, on time, and still flexible. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to explore. Overall, a very positive experience all around and we would highly recommend it!

Val. The best tour guide

We had the best tour. Val was a truly amazing guide , she was very knowledgeable about every location we visited, Stonehenge was a great first stop,we were lucky enough to see a ritual dance by a group dressed in ritual clothes . Val gave us the full history lesson from years before stonehinge right up to the modern day findings( dont want to spoil it by revealing her stories). Bath was beautiful , we chose to go to the Roman baths and then we did a short walking tour with our guide, again Val gave us great history lessons of the buildings, the roman baths and Mary Shelley. We visited a quaint village in the Cotswolds where we indulged in the local beverages. The tour was excellent value for money .We saw so much however more importantly we learned so much from our guide Val . We had some fun on the bus home listening to rock music .

Stonehenge was great, Bath had awesome architecture, Castle Combe was a cute village but not lively. Val our guide was full of energy and provided a lot of history.

Well organized, informative, comfortable, small group tour

There were so many options for a day trip from London, so glad I chose this one. Tony was so fun and knowledgeable. He was interesting to listen to and provided great information. The tour was very organized, you always knew the schedule and how much time you had at each stop. At Stonehenge we were able to see everything and have a snack. Bath is large but we knew what we wanted to do and had time to visit the Jane Austen Center and the Mary Shelly Frankenstein Museum. Tony provided suggestions to those who didn't have a plan and also did a short walking tour for those who were interested. Drove through Cotswolds with a quick stop. Water was provided on the bus. High end well organized tour.

We had a wonderful tour with a fabulous guide! Lilly delivered so much information with fun energy and a warm friendly manner. Stonehenge exceeded expectations, Bath was impressive and welcoming. The Cotswold village visit was quaint and quiet - exactly what you’d expect! Our coach was well equipped and comfortable - surprise snacks were offered and plenty of opportunities for stopping / shopping / dining / imbibing were part of the day. Tony was great! Welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable. He was so pleasant to spend our day with. The most time was spend at Stonehenge and Bath. Little in Cotswolds fyi. Tony educated before every stop and was available to provide more detail when we arrived. Water was provided. Plan to eat in Bath. We ventured to a local farm to table restaurant called Landrace. Highly recommend! Bus was comfortable. High end well organized tour. Treat yourself to a fun day:)

Originally, I saw a Viator trip that didn't include Stonehenge (which I wasn't particularly interested in). When I went back to book the excursion, that option had disappeared and this was the only trip I saw being offered when I was in London. Going to Stonehenge left less time for the Cotswolds. We were taken at the end of the day to a small village for 40 minutes as it was getting dark and there wasn't much to do/see other than take a quick walk around, visit a cold church under construction, visit a pub and use the loo. In this particular village, there were no shops, bookstores, etc –and frankly, the 40 minutes we were there seemed too long. BATH was really the area/town which had the most to offer and we only had two hours to wander around on our own. We also had to contend with a bit of wind and rain in Bath which was too bad. Our guide, Lilli, however, was fun and enthusiastic and proffered a lot of knowledge and spunk. The English Bus was very clean (there are no bathrooms on the bus but they do make nice stops between destinations). However, for me, the experience of what I was going to see/do was a little less interesting than I had expected - given that these famous places are always on the list of "Must Sees/Must Do's." You will have to make up your own mind if these are excursions you really want to see. NOTE: If this review reformats itself and letters and words don't wrap around properly, it is this form and not intentionally unedited prior to submitting. I could not get this form to stretch out properly. Thank you!

Day trip out of london

It was an amazing little day trip with a very knowledgeable guide via Florence “the little English bus”. Started out with Stonehenge and then headed to Bath. Free time is Bath with a small little guided tour towards the end of our free time in Bath. Very good recommendations for food and definitely don’t skip Sally Lunns famous Bath buns. I got the cinnamon sugar and it was delicious. Could have eaten two. Also the recommendation for sausage rolls seemed to be a huge hit. Stopped for a quick pic at the Royal crescent and then headed to Castle Combe for a quick stop. It was a long day and a long trip back to London but we did stop for a quick bathroom break and to stretch out legs. Would recommend and definitely use this little company again

Great tour experience with Nolh. He was funny and I learned a lot! I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at Stonehenge and walking around Bath. The last portion was most boring for me since it was just cottages and a dank church/crypt.

A long day but totally worth it. Our tour guide Val , was very informative and a great story teller . She kept us entertained with her historic and archaeological information all the way . Wet weather didn’t diminish the fun day . Definitely recommend 😃

My brother and sister-in-law were visiting the U.K. for the first time and I wanted to take them sightseeing. I decided to book this tour due to the good reviews and I was not disappointed. The tour was extremely well organised and we saw a lot of great places throughout the day. Our tour guide Jon was extremely nice and friendly, full of interesting facts and kept us well informed on historical events and fun facts throughout the day.
