Moderate walking with elevations; five hanging bridges which are steel cables and steel walkway; a little wobbly but inherently safe.

Joe was an excellent guide. Both my wife and I enjoyed this guided tour and when I told Joe I hoped to see a sloth he was able to find one before we got to the park, so we pulled over and took photos. We also saw several snakes, a tarantula, many birds, monkeys and more. The pick up and drop off was an added bonus as was the delicious pineapple at the end!
