The vehicle has two seatbelts that cross over you! Be prepared to have your plans for sightseeing to get the most out of your experience if you’re doing a self guided trip! The staff were amazing!

Fun and “breezy” self tour of the old town, downtown and Fort Clinch park.
Suggestions-
-arrive in time to review the waiver if booking with a third party. Read it.
- this is not like driving a golf cart! A test drive is conducted prior to doing own self tour to determine skill and ability.
- you can go back and view the fort property and museum later in the day on the ( self -pay ) entrance ticket of $4 ( considered a motorcycle). The park is a good place to start the tour to get accustomed to driving.
- driver is given an Apple Maps link pins for points of interest and highlights. Must look up own historical information .
Logan was the staff member who met us for the excursion. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and town as he is a local.
He recommended restaurants and other things to do after the trip.

The ride is comfortable and safe. It can go up to 65 mph, so you can easily keep up with traffic. But you won’t need to do that on the Island. We cruised through Fort Clinch Park, drove through the Bosque Bello Cemetery and travelled all through town. It’s a very fun ride.

Faulty vehicle. Brakes did not work. Everything was bad. Never ever again. It was horrible. It was scary.

Hi Juli. We’ve had thousands of successful rentals and then there’s yours. The brakes worked perfectly fine. We drove the vehicle back to our shop after your incident and there was no issue with the brakes. You went into someone’s driveway to turn around and from the looks of the video footage and damage, you accelerated while doing this which caused you to hit their garage door. If you weren’t accelerating, the damage would’ve been very minimal, if the brakes weren’t truly working. We would not put our customers in a faulty vehicle. It’s unfortunate what happened but that’s why it’s called an accident. We know you didn’t do this deliberately, this is 100% user error, but to lie and leave a false review isn’t acceptable. We take pride in running a small business in our community which is why we stay up to date on all the maintenance for our vehicles. Thanks again for coming out and we hope you enjoy the rest of your vacation on Amelia Island.

Great way for two persons to see the island at your own pace and unique ride. Easy to navigate. 90 minutes almost too short! Clinch Park, Lighthouse , Beach, Downtown. Perfect. Apple Map Tour map supplied worked well with I phone mounted to dashboard for easy navigation around town. Do it!!!

What an amazing experience! Such a great way to experience Amelia Island. You are given clear instructions on how to operate (very easy) and a link to all of the top destinations on the island. The owner was amazing and made sure we had plenty of water for such a hot day.

Our attendant Hugh made the entire trip amazing! He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and full of life. He gave everyone a great tutorial; he spent extra time making sure everyone was comfortable and was there to help if we had any issues. The experience was amazing. What an incredible way to tour around the island. We've been coming to the island for years, but this experience was new and incredible. Highly recommended and definitely schedule when Hugh is there if you get a chance!

My son and I had the best time driving around Fort Clinch in the FUV. We did not make it to the other stops that were suggested, but we enjoyed every minute in the park. We are very happy with the adventure we had!

Covered a lot of beautiful sites quickly and comfortably. Felt safe and we rented two FUVs and were able to park both in one parking spot which made walking around downtown easy.

Great initial instruction. FUVs have lots of features (Bluetooth music, heated seated, etc). Fairly easy to drive for a newbie. A little difficult to turn initially but not terrible. Gave us extra time.

Such a fun experience. Like most electric vehicles the acceleration was a blast! We had enough time to check out Fort Clinch, the Pippi Longstocking House, and Sliders Cafe (great breakfast pancakes by the way).

What fun. It allows you to see San Diego at your own pace. It was a perfect 2 hours. We were able to see so much at a nice leisurely pace. The directions were very easy to follow and told you what/where you were and what was going on. fun fun time

The owners were awesome. Very nice and knowledgeable of the area. These Arcimoto's are fast (0 - 60 in 6 sec) and easy to maneuver. We had a blast exploring the island. I can't wait to try their electric skateboards
