    Disappointing Vacari Corridor tour

    Gayle_P, Apr 2026
We were expecting to see the art galleries that used to adorn this secret passageway. Instead there was a whitewashed corridor with boring Roman sculpture heads. Our guide was difficult to understand and spoke very little of the history.

    Response from Host, May 2026

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. The corridor route and displayed content follow the current museum setup, which is not dependent on our organization. Your comment is valuable to help us improve. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

    Do not use this

    Patrizia_T, Feb 2026
Do not use this option. It’s misleading It’s not an accompanied tour. You are left at yourself. No indication where to meet, or where to go. No one in place to help. Totally disappointed

    Response from Host, Feb 2026

Dear Patrizia, We’re sorry to read about your disappointment and we understand how frustrating it can be when an experience does not meet expectations. However, we would like to clarify some points by quoting the information exactly as it was stated on the activity page at the time of booking, to avoid any misunderstanding. The experience you booked, “Uffizi Gallery and Vasari Corridor Entry Tickets and Audio App,” is a self-guided activity. As clearly stated on the activity page on the "Meeting & Pickup" section: “Travelers go directly to the location.” For this reason, there is no meeting point and no accompanying staff included, which was clearly communicated in advance. Regarding timing and access, the activity page specifies: “The entry time indicated at the time of booking refers to the entrance to the Vasari Corridor. Please arrive two hours earlier to entry to the Uffizi Gallery. (For example: If you book entry to the Vasari Corridor at 11:15 AM, your entry to the Uffizi Gallery will be at 9:15 AM)”. This information is reiterated again in the Additional Information section: “Access to the Vasari Corridor is allowed only two hours after entry to the Uffizi Gallery.” and “For both the options, the entry time indicated at the time of booking refers to the entrance to the Vasari Corridor. The entrance to the Uffizi Gallery is allowed two hours before the scheduled time of the visit.” It is also clearly stated: “The entry time to the Vasari Corridor must be strictly respected.” Regarding assistance, we would like to clarify the timeline accurately. You contacted us at 11:36 and our booking department replied at 11:39, providing directions and asking you to check the tickets and instructions already sent via WhatsApp. We then received your next message at 12:39, one hour later. As we did not receive further communication in the meantime and you had our contact details, we genuinely believed that you had been able to access the Uffizi Gallery without any issues using the information provided. Unfortunately, once the scheduled entry time has passed, we are unable to intervene. The internal regulations and access rules are managed exclusively by the Uffizi Gallery and must be strictly respected. We genuinely did everything in our power to support you promptly and accurately. For this reason, we respectfully cannot agree with the statement that the activity was misleading, as all the above information was clearly communicated on the activity page before booking. We always encourage travelers to contact us immediately if they encounter any difficulty on site. We are always happy to help, but timely communication is essential for museum managed attractions. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

    Worst tour in Italy

    Aya_O, Dec 2025
This is NOT a guided tour! Make sure to grab the audio headsets when you enter Uffizi, as they will not have them on hand at the Vasari Corridor meeting spot. It’s a boring walk across if you do not know the history and stories of the corridor. And have some sort of translation device, as the attendant was annoyed that she could not just speak Italian the whole time.

    Response from Host, Dec 2025

Dear Guest, thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the experience didn’t fully meet your expectations, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few details. First, we’d like to gently note that the activity is not described as a guided tour on the product page. The experience includes entry to the Uffizi and the Vasari Corridor with an audio guide, rather than a live guide. The audio guide is sent via email or WhatsApp together with the tickets, allowing guests to download it in advance and enjoy it at their own pace. It was carefully written by our team of art historians, and it contains detailed stories and historical insights meant to enrich the walk through the corridor. As for the staff at the entrance of the Vasari Corridor, they work directly for the museum, not for our company. Their role is to regulate the flow of visitors, and while we understand your frustration, their behavior is unfortunately outside our control. We sincerely appreciate your comments, and we look forward to welcoming you back to offer you another experience here in Florence. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

    Very disappointed customer

    Geraldine_C, Nov 2025
You have 2 hours to visit the Uffizi before the Vasari Corridor. 1. Security check eats into your 2 hours 2. A Fire Drill takes another 40 minutes 3. Viator paperwork tells you to allow 45 minutes to get to corridor. You really only need 15 minutes if you knew where you were going to meet up. Viator paperwork does not tell you. All in all no time to see the museum.

    Response from Host, Nov 2025

Dear Geraldine, thank you for your feedback. We would like to offer some clarification to better contextualize your experience. The times indicated on the product page, two hours at the Uffizi Gallery and forty-five minutes for the Vasari Corridor, are not set by us; they are the official timings provided by the museum, which we are required to follow. Any delays due to security checks, internal procedures, or unexpected situations such as a fire drill are managed entirely by the museum and unfortunately can reduce the actual visiting time. We understand the inconvenience, but these situations are completely outside our control. Regarding the transfer to the Vasari Corridor, the route is clearly indicated in the dedicated app, which guides guests step-by-step to the meeting point, helping to avoid confusion or difficulty. In light of this, we are genuinely sorry that your negative rating was directed at our service, especially since the issues you encountered were related to circumstances beyond our management. We are here for you and are happy to assist with any further needs or questions. We truly hope to welcome you back to Florence in the future and offer you an experience that fully meets your expectations. Kind regards, ACCORD Team

    Worth Every Penny!

    Linda_T, Oct 2025
We loved getting in so easily & the audio info was helpful, although we read it instead of listening because of the crowds. We found the Vasari Corridor easily & we loved seeing that.

    Response from Host, Oct 2025

Dear Linda, thank you very much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear that the entry process was smooth and that the audio information was useful, even when read due to the crowds. We’re also glad you easily found the Vasari Corridor and enjoyed the visit. We truly hope to welcome you back soon for more unforgettable experiences! Kind regards, ACCORD Team

    Not revomnended

    Jeff_F, Sep 2025
The Uffizi is boring unless you are studying Renaissance history. The Vasari Corridor was just another walk around. The guide did not speak English well and had no addition information to share. She did master “follow me”

    Response from Host, Nov 2025

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your personal expectations. We would like to clarify that this product does not include a physical guide; it provides electronic tickets and instructions for the audio guide only. It appears there was a misunderstanding, as the museum staff who accompany all visitors in the Vasari Corridor may have been mistaken for our operators. Our team is always available to provide support and answer questions, but we are not responsible for the museum staff or their procedures. The tour is designed to offer a smooth, safe, and self-paced experience, allowing all visitors to enjoy the highlights comfortably and at their own pace. We encourage guests to read the product description carefully to fully understand the tour format. While some visitors enjoy detailed historical context, others may prefer a general visit. Your feedback helps us maintain clear communication and continue providing a high standard of service for future guests. Sincerely, ACCORD Team

Impossible to understand the guide. Waste of money.

    lou_n, Sep 2025
The guide’s English was terrible. We could not understand a work. Total waste of money as we had no idea about what we were seeking. Suggest ear buds with a clear English narrator.

    Response from Host, Sep 2025

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the experience didn’t meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that the audio guide content is developed by qualified art historians to ensure both accuracy and clarity. The narration is professionally recorded, and until now, we have never received negative feedback regarding the quality of the English or pronunciation. We understand that accents can vary and everyone has personal preferences, but giving a one-star review based solely on pronunciation, without considering the value or substance of the tour, feels unfair to the work and professionalism behind the experience. That said, we do appreciate your suggestion about using earbuds or alternative audio options, and we’ll keep it in mind as we continue improving. Kind regards, ACCORD Team
