The ticket office is a few blocks from the Uffizi. We didn't realize this at first. Therefore, plan your time carefully, so you that you can pick up your tickets at least 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before your entry time (unfortunately, you don't get to "skip the line" to get into the Uffizi). But, this company did truly allow you to "skip the line," and, they were very easy to deal with.

Great way to skip the line. The combo ticket gets you to Pitti palace which houses a modern art museum, a historical costume fashion museum and the Boboli gardens.

So Viator lists the meeting address at entrance of museum so I was standing around waiting for someone to show up. When I dug deeper into voucher I found a different meeting address down the street at your office. There was a line that took a while, had to download audio app. When I got into museum the map was confusing and didn’t match with museum map…it took me about 30 minutes to figure out where I was and to find my first piece of art on audio. About half of the audio clips would not play so I had to read them. It was very frustrating and disappointing.

Correct Ticket Office is listed on Voucher.

Skip-the-line ticket worked as advertised for the Uffizi. Loved that all other tickets had a 5-day lifespan. Archeological museum was removed from combined ticket ... no explanation given. NOTE: the "Meeting Point" listed was where you queue to enter the Uffizi. Look at your voucher for the actual ticket pick-up location under "Redemption Point". Small office right off the river near the Ponte Vecchio. Good luck!

I love that we had access to multiple sites. While the timed entry was needed for the Uffizi, we walked right in to the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens. The only issue was finding the ticket office in a very small hidden courtyard. It took 20 minutes to collect our tix from them so go early. While there were 2 attendants, only one seemed to be able to giv the paper tickets out. They were very concerned to make sure we got on the WiFi for the new digital audio guide and map, but we would have been ok with taking the tickets and just reading our way through the info.

This was an excellent combined ticket. I was able to get into The Uffizi quickly and easily at a specific time. Then I was able to go to Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens at my convenience.

Good way to get tickets if the site is sold out

If you missed buying Uffizi tickets this is a way to get to go. It seems tour companies buy up a lot of the tickets weeks head so you will have to try waiting for standby or buy this way. It’s more expensive this way, but was the only option to get tickets. I had booked my ticket on the uffizi page but got the wrong day and they wouldn’t exchange. With this ticket I was still able to go. Be aware that the ticket pickup place is the opposite direction, so allow time for that. They don’t allow pickup the day prior. I also visited putti palace and the gardens. My son was in class so this was a good way to fill my day. They put the maps on your phone. No printed copies. The uffizi museum map points out the hilights. You can visit the other sites on different days- the uffizi is the only one with a dedicated time. I didn’t visit the other museums, but I think those don’t require admission to visit.

Museum was very good but the self guided tour app was basically worthless without headphones. It would have been nice for the tour operator to mention to bring headphones or to have offered them

This tour was not guided, but had an app you download that gives you an interactive map and audio guide. The Uffizi gallery was very very very crowded, even though it was October. There were many other very large guided tour groups that essentially look the place over and obstructed many views of the art. Additionally, some of the listening points on the app did not accurately reflect where they were in the museum. It’s easy to miss things, and we had to go backwards several times. I was traveling with an older adult with some mobility issues and the Uffizi was great; they have wheelchairs available that you can check out by leaving and ID card. The other locations this ticket gives you access to we’re not as accommodating for those with poor mobility. And the people in the crowds had zero concern or respect for an elderly person in a wheelchair; people often would not let us through or would stand directly in front of the wheelchair so you cannot see. I’m glad I got to see some amazing art, but the crowd and heat were too much for me.

We are very sorry to understand that you did not have a good experience at Uffizi; unfortunately last October all Museums were very crowded and as you said in your comment big groups do not allow a person on wheelchair. Regarding the audioguide the 3 points that do not reflect the position is because the Museum has mooved them and it takes some time to modify the app. We do apreciate that you spent some time to leave a comment that will help us in giving a better service. These areas are crowded and there will be lots of stairs. Eat a good breakfast before starting out. This won't be a relaxing stroll, but try it.

All were wonderful. Wish we would have understood the Uffizi was the only one we had to do on the day we booked it and then you had 5 days to explore the rest as we booked this for our last day in Firenze so we did them all in one day which was sensory overload. All are worth seeing!!

We spent four hours at the Uffizi and there is more we wish we could see. Just got tired walking and fighting the crowds to read about the display. Wish there was more audio as there was apparently marked next to many other pictures and sculptures. The gentleman at the ticket office gave us good tips and explanation of the order in which to move around the gallery and the Boboli gardens.

I waited a while to write this, because it was a wretched experience, but I wanted to be fair. The truth is that there was no additional value in this. The digital guide was pretty useless, and the audio guide was completely worthless. We had to retrieve these tickets from their office blocks from the Uffizi, and because it was a download on our cellphone we had no ability to play it as we were not told to bring our own headphones. They suggested we just play it out loud which, apart from being rude, is completely impractical in the crowds. Apart from that, the information we could have most used was about the layout of the museum and the fact you're forced to start at the top. Please, wait for the elevator. If you bypass it, there's 5 flights of marble steps and no way to escape. We felt like cattle.

Beware of buying a timed ticket over a Monday
