The audio and narration worked out great. It was nice to take the tour at our own pace. We had the ability to play it back if we missed star was being said.

The basilica lines were fast with our group tour skip the line ticket and the tour guide Wn was excellent. We got to see a ton of intricate details inside the basilica, including the crypt, and our guide explained the significance of many parts of the basilica we would have otherwise missed.

The audio guide is not...

The audio guide is not worth it. It says the same thing a million times. Better to just do skip the line or go early and buy tickets there. And when I spoke with customer service about changing times they were not helpful

Buy your tickets at the venue for $9.00 euro buying tickets on this site was not needed . We went early walked right in . Spent $56.00 instead of $18.00

The host of the tour gave clear instruction to retrieve e-ticket 24 hour before the tour started via WhatsApp. Tickets were delivered on time. I never attempted to use/download any audio guide so I can't comment on that.

The operator only sent a QR code for entrance and audio tour. No one at the ticket office had the ability to read the QR. they wanted to see a voucher and we were sent none.
