The museum is wonderful but it is very hard to find your tour guide in front of the museum because it is very crowded.

There was no sign or directions on where to meet the group to start the tour so we got off to a very rough start, but the host was fantastic. Maria was very well versed and knowledgeable.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the tour. Enjoyable overall. Only downside was she arrived almost 20 min late so our 1.5 hour experience was closer to one hour.

We used Viator to purchase advance tickets for the Uffizi gallery. It was one of the best moves I've ever made. We booked a noon tour, arrived around 11:45, picked up the tickets and met our guide. We entered just before noon and had a totally hassle-free tour. As contrast, the waiting time in line to buy tickets was well over an hour and a half.
