Silvia was our guide and she went above and beyond to find tickets for us last minute when another tour operator left us high and dry. She was amazing. Great guide, very knowledgable and personable. She saved our day in Florence and made it so engaging. She got my teenager to look at and love art. Cannot recommend her enough!
