We purchased the tour that included audio guides for the four of us. When we met up with the tour guide he let one of us scan a code for the audio on our phone and then took off. That left 3 of us without audio. The audio didn’t even cover most of the museum. The audio guide the museum sold was much more comprehensive. I sent a message to the tour guide but they never bothered to reply back. Total waste of money.
The directions were very unclear, and we walked around for an hour trying to find the correct spot to collect the tickets. Finally found someone to help us near the museum. We never did find the ticket location of Italy Pass Tours. Luckily someone was near the museum entrance to help us. The actual experience of the museum was wonderful! Highly recommend.
Tour operator validated a confirmed reservation, but there was in error in communication between Italy Pass (tour operator) and Viator. They would not honor our timed entry reservation on our last day in Florence. They did provide tickets for later that day, but we were already committed to another tour.
A little chaotic getting the tickets, but we did receive them. If you get the optional audio guide, be sure to get the ticket for that before entering.
Poorly organised. No clear instructions on how to collect ticket or what to do once it is collected. Some staff tell you to line up while others say you don’t have to. Not given any information on audio headsets for guided tour.
My husband and I did the tour with the audio and enjoyed it. We were able to go at our own pace. The pieces in this gallery were just stunning.

Very approachable museum. See the David and 3 other Michelangelo unfinished sculptures. Then you are able to go as fast or slow as you want - perfect for a tired kid to not get museumed out. 30 minutes is plenty in that case.
This skip the line was well done. Pick up the ticket at their main office about 2 blocks away then they were very efficient getting us to the fastest time slot to get in even a bit earlier than our scheduled time.

While it was low season, they still had lines forming outside -- so I opted to book a tour with easy access and audio! I'm so glad I did it!

The admission line was very long, and we were so glad we’d signed up for this experience, since we bypassed that line to scoot right in. The audio guide is extra, but our cost was only €6 or €7 apiece, and worth it.

Following directions to voucher stand that is inside. Meet the ticket guy at a door right outside of the entrance. Short wait to enter. Give yourself at least 20 minutes to make the stops before entering.

Better instructions for where to pick up the museum tickets. The ticket office agents were friendly and gave a good explanation how the tour work.
Getting to skip the LONG line in 90 degree weather really was the best thing! We got to enjoy the museum and the David without being exhausted from the wait.
Awesome experience! Easy meet up, guide was very knowledgeable and nice. Learned so much and had a great time. Highly recc!

Please ensure you put the right date. Even if you call them 5 minute later they refuse to change and won’t refund any of the $ 300 + we spent. Also if you do fast track as we went anyway location of tiny shop with no street nb is almost impossible to find. TERRIBLE service but Gorgeous statue.
The galleries only real atraction is David, and it's worth it. The ticket i bought with you, said with audio guide, and it wasn't included
Our tickets said it was an audio tour. When we presented our tickets we were told that audio was not included.
When we saw the line to enter, it definitely seemed worth it to buy the fast pass/skip the line option. You have to pick up the tickets in person before hand, but the location was nearby and easy to find. Shout out to Ahmed for his service!

This ticket allowed us to enter at our preferred time. It is worth purchasing during this time of year when tourism is high. Be aware of the meeting place to pick up your ticket. The location is on the voucher, not where Viator tells you.

We felt it was very unclear how to obtain our tickets. The link in the app said it would provide us our voucher, but over and over again it rerouted us to our email booking confirmation with no voucher. It wasn’t until we spoke with someone at the Academia that they told us how to find someone from Italy pass tours. It was very busy and crowded and this was stressful. Once we connected with their agent, they did get us the tickets, but there should have been much more clear instructions in the app or email. We saw this happen to someone in front of us as well, and they had to get out of line when we were being taken inside for the same reason. Once that was resolved, the process was easier and we enjoyed the museum.

Finding our contact person to get our entry ticket was a mess, sign not clearly visible. We spent 20 minutes walking back and forth in front of the Academia looking for him amongst large crowds. Disappointed. However, once we entered the museum, we enjoyed ourselves.

We took a cab to arrive 15 minutes early. We found the meeting place but the tour guide never arrived or called us to tell us our tour had been canceled due to the possibility of flooding. The museum opened later in the day, but tickets were sold out. We never saw the statue of David.
Definitely worth getting the fast track ticket, we were able to by pass the line and get into the museum. The statue of David is definitely worth a visit to see!
How to redeem your voucher for a ticket was a bit fussy. We had to ask around to find the right person, and you don’t skip the line.
We waited in lines for over 1 hr, which were fast track. It was chaos. People we jumping between lines just to get ahead. It was also raining so it wasn't worth the time and effort. Definitely not recommended
It was a good experience. It was easy and just as decribed. We arrived and picked up our tickets from the company guide and then went to the line instructed to go. In a few minutes we went right in. Enjoyed the museum and of course the main star David!
