Extremely informative, politely curated experience to our interests and knowledge base. Our guide Caterina was so lovely, and it was such a joy to spend the morning together! She grew up in Florence and was so knowledgeable about the chapels and the town in general. Whoever is paying her should give her a huge raise and lots of money!! Private Tour not worth the money

Unfortunately we had a bad experience on this tour. Our Guide was distracted and on her phone texting during most of our tour. And after 2 hours of the 3 hour tour, she left us watching a print making demonstration and we couldn't find her after it was over. We submitted a complaint, but a refund was refused. This tour was a disappointment and would have been better in a group or without a guide. We have had very good experiences with Viator in the past, this was not one of them.
