Fantastic Florence Tour

This was the best tour during our cruise. Michele was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and modified the tour based on our preferences. I would highly recommend this tour. We took the train from the cruise port to Florence and it was very easy. The meeting point was a block from the station.

Learned a lot about the history of Florence via the Medici Chapel and the Medici Palace. Our guide (can’t remember her name) was very good and as we had seen a few places already she adjusted the tour and it worked out great.

Martina was so great. We took this tour our first morning in Florence. It gave us a great introduction to the city for the rest of our stay. Martina was so knowledgeable about the city, it’s history and art. She was also very fun and energetic which made the tour really great. Martina also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and gelatarias. Highly recommend Martina and this tour

Our guide Martina was amazing! We made a slight adjustment in our pickup time due to the late booking. We were picked up at the hotel and she was there a few minutes early. From there we discussed what we wanted to get out of the day and what was important to us. Martina provided options on what we should do and we followed her recommendations. We took a stroll in front of the Duomo, and to the Baptistery of Saint John. Martina gave us plenty of fun information on both. From there we headed through some of the more reclusive streets in Florence where she detailed fun information about the history of the city, including my favorite, Dante. We grabbed some gelato and headed to a few more sites ended the tour at the river. We made a few impromptu stops along the way. Very much worth it, very flexible guide, it was a wonderful day. I would highly recommend. Thanks!
