Too crowded; guide...

Too crowded; guide coughed into the microphone constantly; guide focused on one painting in a room for entirely too long and we missed seeing so many other art exhibits. Do yourself a favor and explore on your own with a self guided tour. . This tour was terrible

It was just okay

This tour was just okay. We were able to skip the line, which was great considering 14,000 people go through the Ufizzi every day. That said, our guide was rushed, did not speak English very well, and seemed somewhat uninterested & bored. The total tour inside the museum with her was less than one hour. A skip-the-line ticket with a self-guided audio app would probably have been more interesting and enjoyable.

I understand that the guide got sick and things happen but then when you change the time and not fulfill your promise then I have a problem I changed my schedule for lunch etc and being on vacation I don’t expect stress I should receive a full refund
