Very disorganized. Meeting point was changed without notice. Tour started late and felt rushed. Very crowded (not their fault) but I would not recommend to anyone and didn't see anything crazy
Great visit, Alfonso was really knowledgeable and open to questions. Did really well to steer the group through a crowded visit. Managed to giude us to the front to explain in detail the artwork explains the meaning and iconography of the paintings. Can't recomend enough.

Excellent tour guide! We appreciated skipping the line as they were long and there was some rain when we were visiting Florence. The headphones that were provided made it easy to hear everything.

It was a very crowded day due to the rainy, wet weather, but our guide (Laura-nickname) was very knowledgable & enthusiastic abpit the history of the Renaissance period, the Medici Family, etc…She led us around to the most interesting art pieces, explaining each piece, as we worked our way around the crowds. It was still a great experience despite the crowds!

Too crowded; guide coughed into the microphone constantly; guide focused on one painting in a room for entirely too long and we missed seeing so many other art exhibits. Do yourself a favor and explore on your own with a self guided tour. . This tour was terrible

This tour was just okay. We were able to skip the line, which was great considering 14,000 people go through the Ufizzi every day. That said, our guide was rushed, did not speak English very well, and seemed somewhat uninterested & bored. The total tour inside the museum with her was less than one hour. A skip-the-line ticket with a self-guided audio app would probably have been more interesting and enjoyable.

I understand that the guide got sick and things happen but then when you change the time and not fulfill your promise then I have a problem
I changed my schedule for lunch etc and being on vacation I don’t expect stress
