This was a very interesting trip. The guide Raphaelo was extremely knowledgeable and with a sharp wit! There was a young family in the same group and he kept them engaged for the full two hours - so a good guide for all the family. Also good to do this tour in the evening - although still hot, we were able to stand in the shade from time to time. Would definitely recommend.

It was the best idea to do this tour when we arrived at Florence. It gives you a lot of information and helps you organize better for your trip. Zoraida was very professional and helpful. This is a short tour that you are not going to regret. If you arrive in Florence for the first time... do this tour.

Guide was excellent and interesting re David and interesting facts. We didn’t get into the academia until 5:30 (30 min late) thus tour only 60 min vs 90 disappointing.

This is a good tour that covers a lot of the old town. The pace was good and it was really nice to have headsets so you could hear the guide talk. The reason for my 3 star is only because of the guides English abilities. Granted, his English is much better than my Italian, however, I'm not giving tours as an guide in another language. Or maybe his English was good but he wasn't as versed in the actual information or history of many the historical places and things he was showing us. Either way, his presentation made the tour much less informative than most others we have taken.

je n'ai pas pu faire l'excursion de nuit que j'ai payé, car le guide m'a appelé pour faire à 15h car il ne pouvait pas de nuit, de plus il ne parlait pas français (ce dont j'avais demandé) du coup l'agence ne m'a pas contacté pour me proposer une autre solution. impossible de joindre viator, donc zéro. J'attends bien évidement un remboursement.
