    It was good to buy the tickets in advance for the self-guided audio version. The check-in person told us exactly where to stand in line, which was good because the entry point can be chaotic. The audio was good to listen to.

    Getting 1star because they cancelled the trip when we arrived and was about to fetch out out tickets, but the refund process was rather quick and they did their best to communicate, so that improves it a bit for me to a 2 star.
