Felt disorganized. Basically gets u in the door skip the line. Then u are on your own. Massive crowds by midday. Lots of tours creating congestion. 20 minute walk between venues. Requires data and using your own phone.

Dear Patrick, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry if some aspects of the tour didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few things. Our on-site staff is always present to assist guests in finding the correct line at the entrance, which we know can sometimes be confusing, especially during peak hours, when larger crowds and security checks may cause some additional waiting, even with skip-the-line access. This is exactly why we’re there: to make sure everything starts off as smoothly as possible. We’ve also carefully structured the tour schedule to allow enough time to walk between venues. While both museums are located in the historic center of Florence, it’s true that reaching them on foot takes a few minutes, around 15 to 20 depending on your pace, but this is generally manageable and gives guests a chance to enjoy the city along the way. As for the audio app, we always recommend downloading it in advance using a Wi-Fi connection. Once installed, it works completely offline, without the need for mobile data. Of course, since it’s an app, it does need to be downloaded onto your own device. We appreciate your feedback , it helps us improve and gives future travelers a clearer idea of what to expect.
