Short tour, limited to two locations: Heritage Park and the 1914 courthouse. Guide was friendly, but was a little too aggressive about tips.

Nice walking tour of the outside of some historic homes that were all moved to a central location. Maybe you might see some paranormal activity if you're lucky. The old courthouse was very cool to see, our guide said it was to be demolished soon so that’s a bummer. Our guide Daniel was awesome and very knowledgeable.

The tour was very interesting. Our tour guide, Nick, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different stories we heard. I have been on several ghost walks, but I have to admit this tour had some of the most disturbing stories I've heard. Nick did warn us of the graphic stories and we did agree to go forward with hearing them. Thank you, Nick for that consideration.
On another note, while in front of the old courthouse, we all smelled smoke from a pipe or cigar. The strange thing about this is that we(Nick, my husband, and I) were the only ones around. We looked all around but the street was empty except for us. Ghost encounter or not? I guess we'll never know!

The information about the houses was interesting. My recommendation is to do something about the history more so..no mention of the history of pirates, and there were not many ghost stories. Very unscary tour.

Hearing the ghost say my girlfriend’s name in the spirit box was worth swatting away the mosquitoes, would recommend! Bring bugspray!

Not what I expected. The guides, while friendly, did not present a convincing body of information for a ghost tour. There was very little to keep us engaged in the content. There were kids playing all around us, detracting from the experience. The Guides weren't well versed in the subject of haunting or ghosts. Basically, we just walked and stopped at a few buildings for pictures. My expectations were that we would get to actually go inside the buildings or explore hot spots. I was left feeling hot, sweaty, and ultimately disappointed.

The tour was lacking in creativity as well as ghost activity. The tour guides seemed to be doing their best, but also mentioned multiple times they had actually tried to get the Corpus Christi tour shut down because of how dangerous it was to walk around at night. The "historical" education portion of the tour was nearly nonexistant. About half the group we started with left in the first 40 minutes.

Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable, I learned things about Corpus that I didn't know before the tour. It was an awesome experience to share with my daughter and seeing the old courthouse close up definitely had a creepy vibe!
