Anna was an amazing guide and the scenery is breathtaking. Yes, it was cold but absolutely worth it. It would have been nice to visit more than one location though.

Booked this with my two friends whilst in Budapest not quite sure what we were to expect but Wow what an experience it was! after a slight confusion over the meeting point location which was quickly resolved by our guide Sourav and Tommy we set off on our way with some trepidation but quickly got the hang of the scooters. Our guide Sourav was fantastic and very knowledgeable about Budapests history explaining some background at various stopping points. I would highly recommend this if you visit this beautiful city 👍

Brilliant but they forgot to give the whole party helmets, but was absolutely brilliant, definitely recommend but make sure to wear or ask for helmets as they had them but never issued them.

Sourav was an absolutely amazing guide, knowledgeable and helpful the entire time even when my wife struggled with the e-scooter.

Had a great time on the monster bike tour in Budapest with our guide Yanka! I was nervous at first since I hadn't been on a bike in a long time, and even after the first couple of trial runs felt a little nervous - but once we got going I got the hang of it quickly! Plenty of time at each location to get pictures! Would recommend.

Keep your eye on messages from the supplier. We were given one address for the meet up point, but this was wrong. When we rang the company no one answered the phone. We eventually found the right location and was greeted by a grumpy impatient rep. Who informed us our tour would only be 60 minutes long. Our friends had booked the wrong date but the manager wouldn’t assist in rebooking them fit that evening although there plenty of e-scooters available. Said he’d turned off the computer and it would take too long to fire up again.
The tour leader was great. A very disappointing evening.

You're right—the initial automated confirmation message had an outdated meeting point, and we sincerely apologize for that. However, we did send an updated message with the correct location on the morning of the tour to help avoid confusion.
As for the shortened tour: in the case of evening tours, we’re unable to run overtime unfortunately. Rescheduling to the next day is always an option.
We understand it was frustrating that your friends couldn’t join last-minute, but their booking was actually made for a different date entirely, and rescheduling on-site would have taken valuable time away from your own experience.
That said, we’re truly happy to hear your tour guide made a great impression. We appreciate your feedback, and will use it to improve how we communicate key info in the future.

Amazing tour! One of the best activities we did in Budapest. Our tour guide Sou was absolutely incredible. He was so knowledgeable about the area and took us to some beautiful spots. He was also a great photographer and snapped some amazing photos for us. Overall great experience.

I was a little nervous at first, but it ended up being one of the best tours! Sourav was amazing—he guided us through the charming streets of Buda, shared fascinating stories with pictures, and took some great photos of us. He also gave us awesome tips on places to visit. This tour was so much fun, got to Wizz around the city at dusk seeing the city lights come on. Our guide was fantastic. Very knowledgeable but also patient and kept checking we were ok on the scooters. Worth every penny!

Bianca was a wonderful guide. She ended up personalizing the tour for me. She was incredibly patient with me, as it was my first time on a scooter like this. She also showed me sites that were not normally seen. Michael in the office was also very nice and helpful.

This is a great way to experience Budapest at night! Easy to use scooters and a great route made for a very fun ride around town! We had some minor issues with some of the other folks on the tour who were not very comfortable on a bike of any kind, so I recommend that you can ride a bike at a minimum. If you have any experience with an e-bike, lime scooter, or anything like that, you will have a great time!!!

Bálint was INCREDIBLE. So many laughs and making sure we were safe. He provided some recs for foods and spots as well. Bálint was happy to go over the time of the tour to share more information. Best way to learn about Budapest and Hungary overall. Also saved your feet from walking around everywhere. My sister and I wish each major city had this.

If you are confident and have riden these before then the tour would probably be very good, however, we had no experience at all, my daughter, who I thought would be brilliant on them after using e-scooters and a very good skate boarder, almost came off on a very busy road. They are clunky/big/heavy to handle and turn, we had a go in a couple of straight lines and they seemed OK but it's very different when your trying to keep up with the guide on roads and pavements you don't know whilst trying to avoid cars and people! My daughter ended up walking back, the tour guide wanted her to ride back and wasn't very empathetic towards to the situation which was surprising. Could do with going when the roads and pavements are a bit quieter. Beautiful view of Parliament though.

My friend and I had the best time! Bianca was absolutely wonderful, shared so much interesting history and information whilst on the tour with us. It was such an amazing way to see all the sights and they were so lovely when they were lit up at night!
At the end of the tour, Bianca even shared all her recommendations for food, bars, museums and much much more which was so thoughtful!
Would 100% do it again and recommend this to anyone.

The e-Scooters were so much fun! What a great way to see the beautiful town of Budapest at night. So many wonderful building all lit up and the guide we had was great in explaining the history and different sites of Budapest. Only reason for 4 stars is that there was a little trouble in getting the scooters going at first; they were new to the guide. Once we got everyone rolling, we more than made up for lost time. Would definitely recommend the tour to anyone who wants a fun, great way to see the town day or night.

Our tour guide (sorry we didn't catch her name!) was so kind and patient and made the trip a lot of fun. The man at the desk was also friendly and helpful. The scooters were fun and fast, it did take me longer than the others to get comfortable with using them but I'm relatively nervous in general - by the end I was enjoying it a lot. The views we got to see were absolutely incredible and would recommend not missing this tour.
