We had a great afternoon walking through the jewish quarter with Suzy. Suzy met us at our hotel and then we began our journey. She was flexible in allowing my family to create its own unique intinerary for the afternoon. suzy introduced my father to an archivist that was able to find some very cool old materials documenting my father's Budapest family roots. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants an in depth, unique and personalized visit to the jewish quarter

The Synagogue costs extra $, didn't see that and wasn't prepared. Our guide Joel, was very patient, most of us were over70.

Suzy was a very passionate and knowledgeable guide and gave us a thorough look at Jewish history and tour of the Jewish quarter. I wish our time in Budapest had allowed us to do the tour other than a Saturday so we could’ve seen the inside of the synagogues but she showed us places most other tours don’t include. I’m so glad I found this tour.

Wish I could show you even more! It was all my pleasure and thank all of you for your passionate interest too :)

Suzy is phenomenal! Her passion is evident in the way she speaks and her knowledge is second to none. It was a fantastic introduction to the history of the city. We stopped for a snack at the Struedel House during the tour, definitely recommend!

This tour far exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide, Suzy was amazing! The depth of her knowledge was astonishing, not only about Jewish history in Budapest, but about general Hungarian and world history as well. She was warm and friendly and answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. Our tour took longer than the advertised time and she didn’t rush through anything. We would highly recommend this tour and Suzy.

You need a good 4 Hours and help to see everything and understand the history of this tour. This was a lot of walking and listening to our guide who was fabulous and knowledgeable . The Dohany Zsinagoga was amazing and understanding the reason why everything is placed where it is now. Our guide Suzy Szoke could not have been more serious in her explanations of the true history.

Suzy gave us an amazing of the Jewish section of Budapest. The walking tour was very informational and sensitive to a very difficult and somber part of Budapest history. The tour was from 10:00 AM until 2:00 and she picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. We could not recommend this tour more highly!

This was a great tour! It was wonderful to have our own private
guide. Bogato was very knowledgable and easy to be with. She was extremely flexible
and helpful. We had a great time with her and saw some incredible historic sights. Thanks Bogato!

We visited the 2 synagogues, the ghetto area, the remains of the wall, the shoes on the Danube river. The guide told us a lot of anecdotes and the history of the country and the Jews.
