What a let down .

Not good at all. Messaged him twice before our arrival to confirm hotel pick up. Heard nothing. On arrival hotel rang him several times and it went straight to answer machine. No show on the date/ time ɓooked. This meant after waiting 20 minutes we set off to explore the city ourselves A big disappointment so unlike our experience in Budapest with Viatour which was stunning. In my opinion Viatour should just not use this person as I read another review and we aren't the first to be let down by him . Just a good job the rest of our trip was amazing !!!

I would first like to apologize for the disappointment I caused you by canceling the tour. We are currently having problems with our batteries in the cold weather. In the last week there have been several cases in which the e-bikes suddenly stopped driving. Therefore, for safety reasons, I had to cancel the tour. I understand that you are disappointed and that you were looking forward to the tour. I want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to avoid such incidents in the future. We are already working on a solution to the battery problem.
