Recommend doing this on one of your first days so you can get the lay of the land, see what you'd like to revisit. The info on the tour was very interesting. Would recommend doing earlier in the day to avoid commuter traffic.
We got caught up in a massive thunderstorm and a bit of flooding so the roof of the bus had to be shut in the downpour. Still pretty awesome and got to see most things.

Booked tickets for Sunday but no buses went on this sunday! Email with customer service they said they would refund me but instead they still sent out my ticket . I was very confused and asked Saturday one of the busdriver he said „ no buses on sundays“
I am mad how could I book ticket for a day buses are not scheduled for ?

Hello, we are sorry for your experience but we already explained that due to the current situation the tours only take place on saturdays and the tour should not be available on Viator. We also explained to you by mail the situation and offered you to change your ticket to saturday or alternatively to refund the ticket. We apologize again but we have tried to correct the booking error and offered you the tour on Saturday.

We found it not very interesting. They waited so long at each stop. It cost approximately £95 for 4 people a 2 day pass. Wouldn’t recommend it

The only negative for this particular activity was the timely arrival of the bus. It does not arrive every ten minutes more like every twenty minutes. The bus was clean and the driver was courteous. Very good value for the money spent.

The route and narrative were fine but the sound system needs some maintenance. If the one at your seat is too garbled, I recommend moving to another seat as its' plug in may be better. Also, be prepared to only have one earbud in the earbud set working. I asked for a second set but it only had one earbud working too.

This tour is a great way to get around and get the lay of the land in Berlin. The 2 day pass is a great bargain as it's only a small increase over the one day. There are audio guides on the bus as well.

Very good. We took it the first time and sat through the whole route to learned and hear the tape tour given in all languages. And then we went to the places we wanted to know more. Great value
I took a walking tour through Viator too named Behind the Wall. It was a private tour and got a wonderful tour guide name Rick from USA living in Berlin. Awesome guide. What an experience highly recommend it. Bravo Rick

Second time using Viatar. Overall good value and servioce. For Berlin they need to have the stops physically marked the yellow dots on the map are not sufficient.

Once again we found that our tickets only covered one of the routes on offer which was disappointing. This is the second time in two separate destinations that this has happened, so we think it would be better in future to book our tour when we get to our destination.
The actual journeys made on main route of the the hop on hop were fine it allowed you to get a feel for the city which was positive.

We used the 2-day ticket, and thoroughly enjoyed the trip both days. It is very convenient to hop off the bus, see what you want, then hop on the next bus that comes by. We highly recommend this for anyone visiting the city.

I thought this was a very efficient and informative tour, available in about 18 languages via a clever headphones system. I booked the 1day tour.
The only thing that is out of control is the scumbags hanging around the stop at Checkpoint Charlie trying to get you to sign some sort of 'I'm deaf, honest' form when they're clearly not deaf.
