Makala was an excellent guide, and funny, too! She explained everything really well, as we had two people who had never rafted before. The water wasn't too cold (compared to rivers in California I've rafted on in the past) and the weather (July 18) was perfect.

Took my 10 and 12 year old on their first rafting experience yesterday. Nice run that builds in the class or rapid so you get a taste of everything. The guides were very personable and safety was a priority. Kennedy was our guide and was excellent. Would recommend to all and it was a great break before we saw an 8pm show in Ashland.

Kennedy took us down the Rogue Valley Rapids Run. She was a friendly and engaging guide. Kennedy made sure we all felt confident with paddling and taught us basic directions. During calm parts of the river she told us about the natural history of the area and taught us some fun river games. She knew the rapids well and was able to explain how to approach them beforehand and lead us through them safely. It was a great trip and we would definitely come back.

The guide was very knowledgeable and experienced and made the entire trip fun and memorable! He led us as we swam, surfed a rapid, and explored the river.

A super fun half-day rafting trip for my husband and me and our teenage grandkids! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We came to Ashland to see the plays, but this experience was what we’ll remember the most. Many thanks to our fun, safety-conscious, experienced guides, Mariah and Lane! They also recommended a couple of standout places to eat: Ice Cream and Charms Thai Kitchen. Yum!

Miles was amazing. He helped make the trip a lot of fun. The banter between guides was also fun. You could tell that Aaron and Miles enjoyed working together and they were committed to keeping it safe and fun for everyone.

It was hot outside and the water was so refreshingly cold. Our raft guide Kennedy was awesome and very personable and Will the main guide was funny and also so very nice. Good vibes all around. The energy shift I felt on the water was palpable

Daniel was our skillful guide who took us down the river. The river shied mercy on us. No one went overboard. But we all took home a piece of the adventure in our soggy shorts. Thanks for a fun day!

Friendly and fun staff, easy parking and logistics.
It was a good mix of calm and few thrilling spots. Our group of 9 from Seattle had a fantastic time. Nice touch at the end to enjoy beers and see the photos.

The team at indigo creek took care of everything. Coffee was waiting for us when we arrived. After a briefing and short drive we spent the morning on the river. It was a combination of relaxation and excitement! They took photos for us to remember our trip

Loved the time spent on the river with our excellent guides, Thorn and Taylor! Thorn was thorough in his safety speech and made sure we all understood. Even though he talked about scary stuff that could happen, I was confident that if anything happened, he could handle it! I felt a lot of confidence in him from the get go. Before we hit any of the rapids, he helped us gain the tools oar control, wedging in, how to sit and hang on and paddling in unison we would need. His confidence and knowledge brought me excitement because I knew if I fell off the raft, I would be okay. I went into the day with lots of nerves, but by the time we reached the river, I was smiling and ready to ride! Thorn was training Taylor for the day, and she will be a great guide, too! I enjoyed the ride back and forth to the river as well. Lots of cool info was shared about the area, and some really bad but funny jokes made me relax. I highly recommend this adventure! I am not an adventurer, but I am now considering going back to Ashland just to do the full day rafting trip! Bring on the rapids! Do this half day trip! You will not regret it!
