nothing can be better to visit in Amsterdam than Van gogh place with its art and collection. Truly worth place to visit. The process of getting tickets and instructions was easy, tour company contacted us by email and whatsapp, they double checked if we understand everything and if we received tickets. best service !

We decided to visit Van gogh as last minute reservation and we could not find ticket for our child as most tour companies do not offer child ticket. So we contacted this company and they provided to us exactly what we needed, family excursion for Vna gogh with audio guide. Funny moment happened at the entrance where our child met his friend from the last day, wow.

A long day in Amsterdam, travelled by train from Hague, we had whole afternoon free and decided to visit the Van Gogh museum , purchased last minute tickets through this operator with hope all will be as promissed. The agent contacted us via whatsapp and messages SMS, we received our tickets and detailed instructions which was super cool as we had no idea about how to get there and how it works. Absolutely great day in Amsterdam , and with tickets we received about 5 days in advance, we had no issue and everyhting was smooth with our visit. The whole museum is easy accessible by stairs and lift, all 4 floors are interesting and offer unique collection. We love Van Gogh he is great artist.

Thank you very much for my best day of the life, this Van Gogh museum is something i was waiting for years and i could not leave the amazing collection. I can recommend buying tickets in advance which was worth as i could print them (which was not necessary at all) but i m old school.

Our family got this tour as a gift from relatives, and we travelled to Amsterdam to visit famous paintings, all was as we expected, all clear and easy to reach, navigate. I personally enjoued 2nd floor where was best paitings. Recommended definitely as its aboslute amazing day trip here.

This tour was specially booked for our family for anniversary, our kids were really happy to be here as the audio guide provided for youths was really educative and interesting, they explored the museum in funny way and we are glad we took this trip. All was really nice, people around very helpful.

During the rainy day, this was probably best decision to visit this museum, even i m not a museum fan, i enjoyed my time with my family , along with audio guide and no rush. Everythign well as tour provider advertised, thank you. We came later about 1 hour, but was guaranteed entry without problems as we explained our sitauation with Daniel on customer support. Thank you

many thanks to this tour, as we experienced amazing time at Van gogh musuem, i must say that my child really loved this museum, the audio guide provided made different visit compared to other museums. The stuff at this palce is really helpful as we lost ourself at 3rd floor trying to find sunflower!

The museum is spectacular; the tour operator was rude and should be dropped from Viator. Their process for providing the actual ticket was difficult and unnecessarily complicated. Furthermore, the difficulty obtaining the ticket combined with the rudeness of the tour operator left me feeling like I was dealing with an incompetent provider.
I will be VERY CAUTIOUS before using your site again.

We would like to clarify that your tickets were sent 2 weeks in advance with complete instructions, and multiple messages from us went unanswered.
On the day of the visit, you tried to scam us, claiming you had never received the tickets, which we immediately disproved by providing full evidence of delivery , tickets were sent on January 13,2026.
You then noticed us about a change of your travel plans and that you would not be visiting the museum and you asked us for a full refund.
For this reason, we are surprised to read a review describing a visit that did not take place and suggesting misconduct.
We remain available to review the full communication history with you at any time.

I rated this a 1 star only for the fact of booking through this tour operator. The original tickets cost for youth 0€, here tickets are offered for 30€ for youth. This price is completely overpriced. In addition, it is so that you only get the tickets sent just before so that you supposedly do not sell them before. The day before my visit lots of tickets were released by the museum and I should have spent €0 for youth ticket only I would have to pay 2€ for audio.

After booking, you contacted us requesting additional tickets. You told us that you attempted to purchase tickets through other platforms but were refused, because the purchase requires an adult ticket holder, and the booking was for a youth only.

Usually you have to book ahead to get tickets. With viator, we booked on the day and the price was affordable and you can enjoy the museum to your heart’s content. Grateful for the blessing and experience, we had an amazing time.

The museum actually gets all the stars it could possibly earn. It’s fantastic! However, they do not have a “skip the line“ policy. Viator misrepresents this so be careful when you buy your tickets not to pay for something that the museum will not honor.

Viator told me museum was booked for months but I could have gotten tickets for the museum for that day for less than 1/4 of the price. Said I’d skip the line. Everyone skips the ticket purchase line b/c everyone buys tickets on line. Told me self guided tour was extended because Viator customer. Not true. A lie. Everyone can spend as much time there as they’d like. Like Stealing $$$ from museum. Offered absolutely no added value. On top of that I told rep that it was a ripoff and I felt like a sucker. Rep behaved insincere and arrogant but never claimed I wasn’t a sucker. They provided exactly what they said they would provide but extremely misleading.

If you love Van Gogh, this is a must! I like the history gallery about his life and how his brother was helpful to him. Tragic how his life ended so short ….imagine what he could have produced had he lived longer.

This is not a skip the line tour as advertised. The tour is audio only. You wait in line and the go to the museum information desk to get your headset. You are not provided any guidance on how to use the headset to navigate through the museum. You will find tickets are hard to find so this was the only way to get into the museum. It feels like tourist agencies retain a large number of tickets which makes it difficult to book directly though the museum. If you want to go book directly and pay the $5 to rent the audio equipment - the equipment is not clean which was a big concern.
