Our visit to the Van Gogh Museum booked through Viator was a wonderful experience. The process was smooth and well organized, which made entering the museum very easy. Seeing Van Gogh’s masterpieces in person was truly special, and the exhibits tell a powerful story about his life and artistic journey. It’s a must-visit when in Amsterdam. The success of Vincent Van Gogh museum -which is the most beautiful I have ever visited- is interesting from many aspects:
Its architecture is exquisite and it provides all the relevant information for both work & life of Vincent Van Gong with harmony.

Fantastic facility but our guided tour was cancelled less than 24 hours given. We were in a chat session trying to arrange a refund but that chat session has vanished…so currently we have no refund and we had to do the self-guided version, which was still pretty good, but not we paid for, and no refund has been processed.
We would very much appreciate Viator to reach out and make this right.

You are on your own If you miss a station you are screwed. Good info but you miss a lot you have to keep up with where you are And even then you the layout is confusing

Viator charges far too much for a ticket that included only an audio guide that could have been gotten directly from the museum for 3 euros

I gave it s 4 instead of 5 stars because it says " guided or audio tour" There was no guided tour. It sounded like if we waited for a specific time later in the day we could have a guided tour. The audio tour was perfect, however. We were happy that it worked out because the museum got very crowded by the time we were finished. Get there early.

We took our time through the museum without feeling rushed. I learned so much about Van Gogh. It’s amazing to me that he completed such a vast body of work in a such a short time.
When we left, one of the employees asked which exhibit we liked the best. We realized we had missed the bonus collection. She got on her radio and we were ushered back into the museum to see even more amazing work.
All the staff was kind and helpful.
