It is an amazing museum with a great collection Van Gogh’s works. Audio guide is great as well. If in Amsterdam - you have to pay a visit

Unfortunately a backhoe in a nearby Street cut through the power lines. This was not their fault in the whole neighborhood when dark. However, when ask if we could come back later, they said it just was not possible. They could not make any kind of compensation. This happened to me and to many other people. Today is we're getting ready to leave. They said we could come back later this week after having said absolutely not possible yesterday. We get this note this evening as we are preparing to leave Amsterdam for America. This is extremely bad business practice and my wife was most disappointed as this was supposed to be one of the highlights of our trip.

We didn’t know much about Vincent Van Gogh so we found this museum to be very informative. In fact , it was awesome. The audio worked very well.

I was unable to get tickets direct through the museum website so last minute so ended up paying more through Viator to go at the time and date I wanted. The seller was very responsive to my questions and emailed the tickets the night before! Everything went smoothly. Absolutely loved the museum!

scammed us completely and now are not responding to our messages and emails! charged us 60€ per person for basic museum entrance and audio guide which is equivalent to a total cost of maximum 28.75 - 25€ ticket and 3.75 charge of audio guide! no justification for the additional charge per person no information. total scam

The voucher says “present to get tickets”.
It also lists a meeting spot. We looked around for a long time. There was no meeting spot. There is no person. The ticket office wouldn’t honor the voucher because well it wasn’t valid for tickets.. The voucher that you get on Viator is worthless. You have to have the actual physical ticket. We learned, after the timed entry was over, the tour operator, using the messaging platform sends the tickets. That wasn’t made clear from be beginning. Additionally, they are ticket resellers. There is no additional value. Tired getting a refund because we couldn’t use these at the time. No luck. I’m out $150.

We clearly advise that the official entry tickets will be delivered via the Viator messaging system the day before the travel date. It is the official e-ticket we send, rather than the Viator booking voucher, that must be presented at the entrance.
Regarding the meeting point, for the self-guided option there is no representative to meet, as guests visit the museum independently using the provided admission tickets.

Not sure if this is sponsored by actual museum or third party. We entered with tickets which for last minute make this a four star experience. The museum would have sold out. Once inside we joined the queue and received headsets but so did everyone else. Nevertheless k didn't think that much about it and we left impressed with the museum and Van Gogh

When I was picked up on July 29 in Amsterdam, I was not welcomed with a sign like I was told I was told to report to different doors. It took almost a half an hour as the first car that came with small and I had ordered a large car because I have an electric scooter. You are supposed to pick me up on August 14 at 6:30 at the celebrity eclipse cruise line in Amsterdam. I need you to be there promptly this time as I have an airplane. . I would choose this tour over the live guide because it’s takes you through all the exhibits and you can linger if you like or replay the descriptions, you can also rest when you need to on one of the many benches and seating areas. When you pick up your listening device be sure to choose “extended” you’ll get a lot more info.

Absolutely stunning. Everything Van Gogh and Inspired. Was excited to see Monet pieces as well.
This visit, we had an unexpected injury that needed to be accomodated. It is a lot of walking, but staff was wonderful to assist with elevators and extra access as needed.

We arrived at the museum a few minutes before our scheduled time and were promptly let in. The workers were very helpful and assisted us in getting started. Having the digital tickets was good. The guided audio tour was great to listen to while visiting the museum. We could move as quickly as possible or stop where we wanted. Many other tourists wanted tickets and were trying to buy them but they weren't available. This booking was a great way to have it all taken care beforehand and not have to worry.
