Purchase 2 tickets and Viator sold them to us, charged our card twice and the museum didn’t except because they were sold out. One refund was processed the other was not. We do want a refund.

My tickets never showed up. I got a voucher but it did not convert to ticket when I used the “Get tickets” link in my email. I stayed in Amsterdam an extra day with hotel expenses and walked 2 miles for this and never got in. Viator was unhelpful with the predicament. They refunded my money but I never received any explanation or apology. The museum strongly dislikes viator because this happens frequently.
