The bike ride was very nice even if the sun was not shining. The guide on our tour was very good and had original pictures to show us the history which was very useful.

The small group bike tour was excellent. Willhem our tour guide was so knowledgeable and helpful, the staff in the store were great at getting us set up. An amazing way to experience and explore Amsterdam under the experienced guidance. Always felt safe and well looked after. Highly recommend Yellow Bikes Tour.

Amsterdam definitely is not a bike friendly city. I enjoyed it but my wife didn’t; too much traffic and it’s somewhat dangerous.

Should be comfortable riding in traffic. But Oliver was great and very informative. Staff at the shop was great as well.

The tour guide was very pleasant but the bikes were very poor quality. We didn't get to hear much about the history or monuments. It felt like we were just riding.

Thanks for your feedback! Normally our tours are centered around history and stories. We will check in with the guide to see what could be improved. We are convinced it’s important to own bikes that last for years instead of bikes that can be discarded in no time. That is why some of our bikes show signs of wear. We hope we have a chance to give you a better experience next time!

The tour is a great way to see a lot of Amsterdam in a short time. Our guide was knowledgeable at each stop and shared interesting facts.
But the logistics of this tour were surprising. In a group of 10 people that included a two kids maybe ages 6 and 7, we were given very cursory rules of the road. In a city that is packed with cyclists and cars, we were often stretched out, some of us stuck at lights while others went ahead. The kids rode right behind the guide but were right in the thick of traffic, too. I was amazed there was not a second guide riding at the rear. At one point, a rider had an issue and was well behind and out of sight of the guide. Another rider helped her. The guide also was having bike issues and stayed with the group, waiting for the others to eventually catch up. Two guides would’ve helped a great deal.

Wonderful, informative tour of the city. Lucy’s was awesome and friendly and full of knowledge, being a local! Riding bikes in Amsterdam is no joke. Not for the faint of heart!
