Great informative tour!

Our guide was excellent. Small Group is the way to go!

We were picked up at our hotel and began a long day of touring made very enjoyable by our engaging and informative driver/guide and four other very friendly travelers. Our first stop at historic Zaanse Schans was the perfect place to see iconic windmills, wooden houses, and traditional crafts like clog-making. Our guide knew to get there early before the “big buses” arrived so we were fortunate enough to basically roam the picturesque village by ourselves. We arrived at “The Venice of the Netherlands” in time for a delicious, authentic Dutch lunch and then explored the famous canals by boat. The quaint houses and bridges were just gorgeous and either because we were there in April or our driver just timed things perfectly, we were basically the only boat enjoying the views. Overall a great day and a great way to get a glimpse of historic Dutch life.

Kevin was an excellent tour guide. We navigated the busy streets of Kings Day but did not miss any of the history or facts. He did a great job of explaining the history and answering all of our questions. I took this tour with my mother and it was both of our first times to Amsterdam. I would recommend this tour.

Wonderful food tour!

We were lucky enough to have Micky as our guide for our food tour of the Jordaan. She was informative with great information and interesting facts to share, including her own family history and perspective. She was warm and fun and our group was small (8 people) which was perfect. The food was tasty and sufficed for dinner. The tour went a little longer than the three hours because she was so considerate to answer everyone’s questions toward the end. Highly recommend this tour!!

Excellent trip.

It's a great experience. We got the whole essence of the Netherlands with that trip. Our guide Jay was very knowledgeable and funny. His english is very good and clear. We stopped on the way back to see a tulip farm and did some fruit shopping in an organic farm shop which were bonus for us. Both Zaanse Schans and Geithoorn are two unique places and we are fortunate to visit both on our trip to Amsterdam. I highly recommend anyone visiting Amsterdam to take this day trip.

Our tour was with Victoria. She was full of information and took her time. We strategically went to the Van Gogh main pieces and she explain them throughly. Victoria spoke perfect English and had full of knowledge of Van Gogh’s life and art. This tour group was on a higher price point, but surely worth it with the amount of original work featured. The Museum is very modern and we would’ve been easily turned around on our own. We enjoyed it!
