    Lost in translation

    Let me start by saying the tour operator accepted full responsibility and refunded our trip, which I respect. The tour was meant to be in English, but the skipper spoke very little English, and also spoke rarely. As such, we rode in silence for the vast majority of the trip, and had no idea where we were going. I suspect in the future they will include an English speaking tour guide, and it will then be a fine tour.

    We are very sorry to hear about your experience, therefore you will be fully refunded and we also offered you another trip for free, which I was about to host myself. You could not attend this cruise unfortunately, because I would've loved to meet you in person and make it up to you in the best way possible. As a business owner I took full responsibility rightaway. Unfortunately I can not attend every cruise myself and I have to put my trust in other people's hands sometimes. Unfortunately this didn't work out the way it was supposed to be. We will learn from this and do our utmost that this will not happen again. Best wishes!

    We had a great time. Our Captain Ropey was amazing driving through canals with so many boats. Took us all over Amsterdam and then all the way out to Hotel Okura and dropped us off. Beautiful sunset evening. The pizzas worked perfect for us and he had wine beer and soda for everyone as well. Thank you again. I would do it again next time for sure😊
