Quite a short experience, seemed as though it would be fun with children etc but didn’t find to be too interesting, good and friendly staff and facilities otherwise, though.

From trippy portal tunnels, upside down rooms, giant ballpits and mirror mazes, The Upside Down rooms were all very exciting and we felt like kids in a candy store, excited to see what was next!!
We booked the earliest slot for 9.30am, and we're glad we did! We basically had the entire place to ourselves for our experience, so we could take a lot of time leisurely taking photos in each room.
By the time we come out at 10.30ish, we saw a small queue to get in. So it's definitely worth the earlier start!
We visited as a young family, with a 13 month old son (who LOVED the giant teddy room)
I love the fact you use your ticket QR code to set off self-timed cameras they have in each room, which you can collect and download for free on your phone afterwards. We would suggest still taking your own too, as some of their photos were a bit bleached and blurry

This is a great place to visit for kids and bigger kids.
Take your time in all of the rooms and make sure you have a full phone battery so that you can take plenty of pictures

Very cutsey & fun! I loved the experience & there are so.e hostesses along the way to give you a hand with your photos. I would not recommend purchasing their pictures, mi es were blurry! Just print your own.

Experience as much as you can in each room as it's like a one way system you cannot go back into previous rooms, but you are allowed plenty of time.

We had a great time and the museum is a lot of fun. I would highly recommend!
However..... when we got there, we could not bring up the tickets on our phone. This is the first time we had an issue with Viator. We went to email and confirmed and then it took us back to Viator and it just kept circling. The folks at the museum saw we paid and just let us in.

Enjoyed every minute in there. The ball pit was probably the most craic but would highly recommend a visit here. Lovely little coffee shop there so go early & enjoy the surroundings before you go in.

Even though we had a lot of fun, unfortunately other guests at the upside down museum, made it very difficult for us to really get our photos and have the rooms completely clear of camera review. We do, however, wish that the cameras were clean because all of our photos look a lot like white blurry messes versus us, getting to really experience the view of all things upside down. Not sure that I would go back if there isn’t additional staff to manage the rooms and clean the cameras.

So so much fun! Lots of fun rooms to get creative in with the photos! Free digital gallery of your photos at the end, staff were super helpful and friendly throughout and we had a fab time!

Really fun afternoon spent here. Plenty of great photos of our own, due to the built in cameras not being very efficient. Great laugh, we enjoyed it, was worth every penny paid. However, just a bit too busy to enjoy every part of it, some of the areas were too cramped & people got in way of the pictures. Unfortunately the photo prints aren’t included in the price, but you can have them emailed to you for free, which we were very happy with :) Definitely recommend, but advise to book in advance!! :)

That was a good experience but my wife and I already have done the Paradox Museum in Oslo/Norway. That's a similar museum I can use to compare with the Upside Down, and the Paradox goes further on the visual effects.
So not bad, but a little but overestimated.
