- Each electric cart accommodates up to 7 travellers, and multiple carts may operate per departure. Groups may be split across carts. Vehicles include two rear-facing seats, with seating assigned on a first come, first served basis at the meeting point. While guides will do their best to accommodate seating preferences, including rear-facing seat requests, specific seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
- For the private experience, your group will have exclusive use of an electric cart (maximum 7 people). This option is priced at a fixed total rate for up to 7 guests, meaning the full price applies regardless of group size.
- Please arrive as scheduled, dress appropriately for the weather, and check your messages for any updates. Since our electric carts are not heated and are open to the environment, we recommend wearing layers of clothing during colder months.
- This is a child-friendly tour, however, please note that all children will be charged at full adult rate due to limited seating. Our eCruisers can accommodate most types of infant seats and you are encouraged to bring your own. Children are not permitted to sit on their parent's laps. We can provide an infant seat if needed, provided you call us at least 48 hours before the tour and inform us of the age and weight of the infant.
- Charts can accommodate folding wheelchairs for guests who can transfer into the cart on their own or with assistance. Please note that there is no ramp access, and we are unable to accept motorized or non-folding wheelchairs due to vehicle limitations. Wheelchairs are not provided. If bringing your own, please let us know at the time of booking. All requests are subject to availability.
- The itinerary and its order of stops are subject to change at any time. Monuments visited may change due to local road or monument closure which are beyond our control. Most travelers can participate
- Tour covers the National Mall in an all-electric vehicle. We're committed to reducing the environmental impact of vehicle-based tourism in Washington DC, which makes up the vast majority of tours given in this city. Make a "green" difference by seeing the Mall via electric transportation!
- Tour runs year-round and goes ahead rain or shine, unless conditions are dangerous. Cancellation decisions may be made at the meeting point. We may delay up to 30 minutes for weather to improve. Please arrive as scheduled, dress appropriately, and check messages for updates.
- This experience uses roadsters with two rear-facing seats per vehicle. Seating is allocated on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed. If you would prefer a rear-facing seat, please speak to your guide on arrival
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

We absolutely loved our Monument tour with Intrepid! The old Ford replica car was really cute and comfortable for the whole family. Our guide Cortland was really knowledgeable and informative and we learned so much from him. He did an excellent job. We saw all the Monuments and even got time to walk up to some of them. Overall 10 stars on this awesome tour.
Joel was a great guide. We learned a lot and it was a great tour. Seeing the monuments at night are a great experience.

We opted for this mid-week of our trip and so glad we did!! Seeing most stops by day at our leisure, having the breathtaking views from a different perspective was INCREDIBLE! To top it off, Ron our guide, provided additional insight and knowledge and went above and beyond for our small group!

It was beautiful. The tour guide was full of information. It was cold, but it's October in DC. We felt safe in the electric car. Not a lot of leg room if your over 5'
Excellent information! We really enjoyed our tour with Alan. He was friendly, entertaining and helped us navigate the city with recommendations.
We chose this as our first activity on the day of arrival and while we were able to see these same historical sites during daylight hours over the next few days, it just didn't have the same impact. The nighttime tour really keeps the focus on the monuments. I'm glad our first look at (and in some cases, walk around) these historic monuments was at night. There were fewer crowds and less traffic, and the monuments were literally in the spotlight!

The electric cart’s seats/rows are close so it’s a little tight but the open air is great. Also our tour guide was great. Very knowledgeable and fun.

The weather was perfect for the ride. Our guide, Peter, was very knowledgeable and had a lot of fun and interesting factoids that you don't always get in the brochures. It was a great way to view as many of the monuments and buildings as possible helping us narrow down which ones we would like to go back to and explore. With so many options and not enough time, this was an awesome kicking off point to get an overview of the DC mall and see as much as possible in a condensed amount of time. Even our teenagers loved it!
Our travel guide was Cortland and he was wonderful! It was great having a 3rd generation local to show us around the city. We thought we knew everything already but we did not!! We ended up learning some interesting facts and touring places we weren’t aware of. My adult son enjoyed it as well and we both highly recommend this tour.
The customer service was honestly amazing! When we arrived for our tour, it was POURING.
Not a light drizzle, not just rain.. it was buckets. Our groups were huddled outside a building’s lobby when several groups said no way, they want to cancel. In my group, the other party did cancel.. but our guide said that’s okay.. if we want to cancel, totally fine. If we want to wait a few more minutes, he’ll wait with us and see if the rain clears. I didn’t hear any other guide offer this kindness. We decided since he was so kind, we would give it a few more minutes. And then I was worried about the seats being wet, and he found a towel to wipe them off! We had a private tour, the rain did stop and our guide was knowledgeable, funny and made sure we had the best time!

This was a very enjoyable and informative excursion. Our driver and guide, Lorenzo, was knowledgeable and pleasant. The route took us to locations we might not have gotten to in the time we had, and it was great to see everything lit up at night.
An excellent E-cart tour around the DC National Mall. The sights are beautiful at night, and our guide Peter added some colorful and informative history.
