- Please review voucher information after booking as it provides a detailed list of items banned from the Capitol and many other federal buildings. Possession of these items will result in non-admission to the building.
- Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before tour start time. Tour begins exactly at stated time, entry to buildings are on timed reservations, and group must enter security together, therefore we are unable to accommodate for late arrivals.
- Closest Metro stop: Capitol South (Orange/Blue/Silver Lines) - Exit station using main exit, walk approximately two blocks north on First Street SE.
- The US Capitol and its surrounding complex are in a secure federal operation area and nearby parking is highly restricted. The nearest public parking is located at Union Station approximately .5 mile from meeting location. Alternative modes of transportation are highly encouraged.

I wish the tour was a little longer! Shoutout to Evelyn! I also wish they had Venmo available because I didn’t have cash on me to tip…and felt rushed to walk in a line to view the capitol video. If you plan to tip as a younger person, make sure to have some cash on hand!!!
Excellent guide around the Supreme Court and the initial part of the Capitol. The orchestrated tour around the Capitol run by the Capitol was less impressive and quite short.
It says max of 15 people, but you get dumped into the crowds for the Capitol tour, which is done by the Capitol staff in a group of 30 while multiple other tours are going on. Nothing small group about that.
Very well timed. Evelyn was super knowledgable about the places, communicated well and allowed plenty of time for rests and breaks. Small group made it very personable

Our tour guide, Evelyn, was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and exciting to listen to. When it switched to another “Capitol” guide there was more standing in one place.
Overall a great tour of the court and the capital building. Our guide was funny and knowledgeable. He had a strong political bent that I could do without.
Our tour guide was Evelyn with Unscripted Tours. Evelyn was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun to spend time with! She knew the Capitol rotunda would be closing, so she hustled us in for the last tour in the early afternoon. She also got us tickets to the house chamber where we saw two bills pass. In the Library of Congress she explained the sculptures, murals and mosaics on the walls and ceiling. She also told us so much US history and we learned so much from her.

A good guide makes all the difference and James was awesome ! He rememberess where everyone was from and the associated statue in the capital - he was outstanding and I highly recommend !

Easy 2 mile walk through Arlington Cemetery with many stops along the way. Watched the Changing of the Guard and learned about the rigorous commitments and expectations of the servicemen. Overall Kevin made our morning was beautiful, contemplative, informative and entertaining. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide was great, very knowledgeable and having lived in the area was able to give some great suggestions on other places to visit.
We really enjoyed our tour of the capital and library. Beautiful buildings with so much to see. The pace is nice and you definitely get to hit the highlights.
Interesting and informative! Dash is great and understands what is good to know, and adds humor to it.
James was a great host, kept the LONG walking tour interesting and fun with his jokes. Will do this again. Carry a water bottle! We got several bathroom breaks and a short refreshment break inside the Capitol which was needed and appreciated, while you can only carry an empty bottle inside the Capitol building, we were able to refill it several times inside.
The tour started outside the library of congress, then we saw the Supreme court and the Capitol hill from outside, before going inside Capitol building. Finally took a connected tunnel from Capitol to the library of congress, where James walked us through several highlights and ended the tour there. The security process to go inside Capitol Hill was easy because James/tour had already shared what not to bring and the security personnel were very patient.

I met Evelyn and we toured the Capitol and the Library of Congress. She was so knowledgeable about the history of both. I don’t know how she remembers so many important details! She made me feel very welcomed and cared for. I loved seeing the inside of the Capitol dome. So many beautiful paintings and art work in that room. The Library of Congress was even more beautiful than the Capitol! Every detail of the artists interpretation is intentional from start to finish. Just amazing.

The tour guide, Evelyne, was exceptional. In addition to providing outstanding information and an engaging tour, she went out of her way to help us catch up with the group when we arrived late. Her kindness and assistance were greatly appreciated. The historical information was rich and fascinating.
Very impressive and educational. Would recommend this tour for everyone that visits Washington D.C.and surrounding towns.
The tour at 2:00 pm was longer than 2 hours. Plan on 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours to catch a schedule ride.

The experience was amazing! Our guide explained everything really well and she was fun and amazing. Such a cool tour! Definitely recommend :)
Meg was good but she skipped Library of Congress completely. She did US Capitol and Supreme Court only. This tour had upto 4 buildings according to the itinerary. Check before you take this up with Unscripted Tours. I will ask for a refund.

You booked the US Capitol and Supreme Court tour.
As you note, it says "Up to 4 buildings" in the options, however you chose the 2 hour option that features 2 buildings, the Supreme Court and Capitol.
The 4 building option includes the Library of Congress, Supreme Court, Folger Shakespeare Library, and US Capitol, is a 4 hour tour, does not run on Mondays as both libraries are closed, and is at a higher price than what you paid for the the lower cost express 2 hour option.
The itinerary was not incomplete, it ran according to the option you selected and paid for.
Please make sure to note the options you are selecting when booking a tour.
