This was fantastic from start to finish. So much easier to book than hoping to snag tickets ourselves. I will happily use this again on a future visit and will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have an easy way to have a bird’s eye view of D.C.

I realized that I overpaid for this ticket, but it was good to have a timed entry. They allow small groups and there was 8 in my group. I had enough time and space on the top floor to look around without feeling rushed and crowded. I saw a family turned away with much disappointment since they only had the one day to visit, and the free daily tickets were gone. Look around and research as there are also $1 tickets sold somewhere.

I would still give this 5stars as even though ended up getting a full refund as the park service closed the monument due to poor air quality the service offered was exceptional.
The cancellation was not the fault of the operator and they contacted us before we’d even set out to let us know it was closed and pro-actively offered either a full refund or else a (free) rebooking for the next 2 days. Unfortunately it was our last day and so we took the refund option, which was given promptly.
Throughout the booking process we were kept very well informed and all queries were answered very quickly.
I would not hesitate to use again next time we are in DC and to recommend to others.

100% worth the $25! My son and I had limited time in DC, and wanted to enjoy this experience. No Line Waiters provides a very valuable service for those wanting to make the most of their visit. The Washington Monument is a breathtaking experience and a memory that lasts a lifetime. The Rangers are super nice and knowledgeable. *The a/c is also a perk!

Just as advertised. Quick and easy. Last time we came, no tickets were available and I did not know about this option. I heard someone in line say they got here at 6:30 AM to get tickets. Given the effort and time it requires to get around DC, this is a no brainer!

This is well worth the money in my opinion. For $25/ticket, they will secure your tickets to the Washington Monument so that you don't have to play online games/tricks or go super early in the morning. They absolutely provide you with a real ticket. No scam here. They will email and text you the real tickets anywhere from 1 to 10 days ahead of time. They were very responsive to the few questions that I had.

Often tickets for popular experiences go quickly and the Washington Monument is no exception. I was able to select my date and time and did not have to wait in line or risk missing out. On our day, folks were waiting in line before 8 am and tickets were gone before 9:30. Communication was excellent and all questions answered promptly!

Definitely buy your tickets beforehand. They were sold out by noon, but we were able to go straight in with tickets we bought the week before!
Do not skip this monument! I liked this better than the Eiffel Tower tbh!

You can get tickets free but had to pay $25 because all the tickets were gone. Literally sent me a ticket to get in - should’ve been $1 for transfer fee

An amazing experience. We had to wait for hardly 10-20 minutes in the line. And we were completely ok because we must respect the security checks. It's for our safety only. The security check officers were great and provided the needed information and guidance since this was a self guided tour. David, was the person - guide -;who was in our constant contact regarding the tickets and other information. He explained us everything thoroughly and informed us in advance that this will be a self guided tour and he made sure that we had our tickets with us. He reminded us again and again about the tickets. He sent us text messages, and emails with our tickets. I have read the reviews on Viator that some travelers have complained about not receiving their tickets. But Through Viator my experience was amazing and I had my tickets before I reached there. My family was so amazed to see the monument from inside and specifically the museum inside.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our trip to the top of the Washington monument. The kids loved it. Well worth paying to skip the line because all tickets were sold out anyway. I couldn’t even get tickets through the recreation.org site despite being on it at 10 am (very flawed system). Even though you book through Viator, make sure you pull up the email from recreation.org because the Viator add to wallet feature won’t be accepted for entrance at the monument.

Wonderful experience. Tickets were emailed and texted to me the day before. Walked right up and entered within 5 minutes. These tickets are so hard to get on the NPS website. Going to the top of the Washington Monument was one of the highlights of our trip and I am so glad we splurged on this tour! Highly recommend!

At age 75, this tour was my first trip to the top of the monument. The rangers were informative, friendly and helpful with questions, The views were spectacular and the museum up top was good. I’d definitely recommend to anyone for the small price.

Great views! We went in for the tour at 11, and the sign outside the door said all tickets for the day had been issued. Getting tickets early was the right move!
