Very easy to walk to if you are staying downtown Seattle. Also, very easy and inexpensive to take the mini train also (especially of you visited the bar at the glass museum LOL. Allow perhaps 2 hours. Probably won't need more than that. It's BEAUTIFUL! GO!

I gave tickets to event as Christmas present. Both my son and his girlfriend enjoyed. They sent pictures that were wowing.

Good place but need better communication for bookings

      Yogesh_S, Nov 2025
Its a beautiful place and must visit at Seattle. Easy access. The event however didn't declare an early closure of the site on the visit date while booking was made and we got just half hour for the tour, which created last minute rush

An excellent display of Chihuly’s artistry. The theater has videos of some of the works being created. Highly recommend.

      Too short! Need longer exhibit

      Christopher_M, Oct 2025
It's gorgeous just wish it was a longer exhibit! The glass was exquisite and really interesting to learn about.

      Must see

      Maliya_H, Sep 2025
Extremely disappointed to find out that the garden closed early for guests who have already paid for their tickets because of a private event. We are not locals, therefore their offer of letting us use our same tickets to come back another day was not convenient. The closing time on the website stated 9 pm. We showed up around 5 pm and were told to come back another time. If private events are prioritized, those times and dates should be blocked off on the booking website.

Chihuly Garden outside at night was quite disappointing. Expected to see everything lit up from within but only misplaced spot lights failed to deliver on the experience.

      Chihuly Glass museum in Seattle

      Norma_P, Aug 2025
This is definitely a DO NOT MISS‼️ Chihuly’s glass work is exceptional . I am on my way from Boston to Vancouver for a cruise & stopped in Seattle just to visit this museum & it did not disappoint!!!

Buying the ticket online, the directions say it starts and ends at 305 Harrison. For those with mobility issues, this is a long way from the gardens - and not actually at Chihuly. Entrance is really around the corner from the Bar. That is not accurate information. Long walk thru another museum, armory, etc. The garden and museum are spectacular.

This is really nice and I would say a highlight if visiting Seattle. It can take 30min or longer if you want to take your time. Worth the $$. Absolutely beautiful work

      If Disabled, Read

      Julie_E, Aug 2025
Amazing experience that really shows off the essence of the Seattle Center. If you’re disabled, though, know that it isn’t the easiest to find parking, figure out where to go, and get around efficiently. In Chihuly Gardens where they were demoing glass blowing outside near the bistro, the cook in the bistro yelled at me and frowned when I turned a chair around for my disabled sil to sit while watching the demo. There was no demand for the chairs. The benches inside throughout the exhibit in the gardens were great though. The Space Needle, they gave us a sticker to wear that showed we had a disabled person in the group, so we were approached with assistance and didn’t have to hunt it down. That was super helpful when it came to finding elevators and restrooms. Get your tickets through Viator. It was easy to exchange and seemed to be the best pricing around.

      Beautiful Glass!

      Connie_B, Aug 2025
I absolutely loved all of the artwork. Blown glass has always been a favorite of mine. I highly recommend watching the videos in the theater. It makes the artwork so much more meaningful when you see how they were made. Great experience!

      Glass Wonderland

      Fanatics_A, Aug 2025
So glad my wife suggested visiting. What a beautiful display of glass art. It has to be seen in person to really appreciate it.

Go to this show! You will be happy you did.

      Shelley_L, Aug 2025
GORGEOUS! This is a must see. The displays are amazing & beautiful and the staff was very informative and helpful. So thankful I went while visiting Seattle. I've seen Chihuly in botanical gardens but it was nothing like this. It was also very "doable" and didn't go on and on like some exhibits. But you can also just look at these all day long they are so fascinating, the gardens are also worth the time. If you are on the fence, GO.

      Amazing

      Wayne_L, Aug 2025
Beautiful and amazing displays. Well thought out presentation. Docents available to explain art pieces. Loved the glass blowing demo.

One of a kind blown glass pieces!

      Gayle_S, Jul 2025
A little expensive but the blown glass pieces are just beautiful. You will see nothing quite like this anywhere else. I prefer the evening visit as the glass in the garden area becomes even more brilliant.

      Must see when in Seattle

      Lisa_j, Jul 2025
It is a must see if you’re in Seattle. It was absolutely amazing. The lighting and colors were breathtaking.

      Easy to do

      Gina_L, Jul 2025
Head into the Exhibition area and redeem your voucher at the ticket desk. You'll receive a timed ticket for when you arrive, which you then use to enter the museum.

      Don't miss this!

A definite must do while in Seattle! This experience was truly the highlight of our stay. Loved seeing all the ways glass can be transformed.
