Our tour guide, Mark, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Humourous and informative tour guide, Joshua! It was the perfect day with the perfect company. Stunning Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, amazing stories, beautiful views of the mountains, lunch in the town of Banff, coffee stop at Lake Louise and opportunities to hit up the souvenir shops to commemorate the trip alongside your photos. I highly recommend this tour to everyone visiting Alberta. The views feel magical and unreal! So happy we were able to visit Moraine Lake!

Excellent experience

Excellent opportunity to walk on a glacier. The tour was very organized and efficient but does take about three hours to complete both the glacier walk and the skywalk. The discovery center is lovely with lots of choices to eat, Starbucks and lovely bathrooms.

We had an amazing...

We had an amazing experience touring Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, and a huge part of that was our tour guide, Red! Red was fantastic from start to finish—friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone had a great time. He shared interesting information about the area, gave us plenty of time to enjoy the incredible scenery and take photos, and made the entire trip feel relaxed and fun. Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are absolutely breathtaking, but having a great guide made the experience even more memorable. Red took great care of the group and made everything easy so we could just enjoy the day. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Red as your guide, you’re in great hands! 5 stars all the way!

Excellent Lakes Tour around Banff

We decided on Canmore as pickup point, and communication from our guide Martin was excellent. He reached out through text message a day before to confirm time and location, and then on the day-of also kept us updated on ETA for pickup. The tour itself was very good; on our trip we started farther out with Emerald lake and Yoho nat'l park, then cam back towards Lakes Louise and Moraine in afternoon. There was ample time at each stop to enjoy the scenery, take pictures (even when waiting for others at pic spots); we also had our own picnic lunch by the river at Lake Louise village. Martin provided just the right amount of interesting information during the tour, while also had a good song collection for the bus ride. Overall an excellent experience.

Ahmad was our tour guide...

Ahmad was our tour guide and he was amazing! Great knowledge about the area and did his best to keep to group on time for all stops, he would keep an eye on all his guest during stops to see if they needed helps, information or pictures taken! 10/10! Ps those are wine glasses with grape juice but my mom wanted that idea!

Well worth the money!

The cruise was super cool. Learned lots about the area. The history of the lake was fascinating. Holly and Cpt. Madeline were amazing too! There was a scared little kid on our cruise and they took the time to calm him down and tried to ease his worries while we waited to depart. Holly also later took a moment to speak with each person on the boat which made it all that more special. Gorgeous views, fun boatride, and great staff!

Stunning visit to Banff Gondola!

Prior to boarding, we were able to visit Starbucks and the lovely gift shop. The amenities included in the Banff Gondola FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. At the top of the gondola is a LARGE, GORGEOUS visitor center with a beautiful restaurant and a fun bar--both offering GREAT views! There are multiple viewing sites, seating, games, refreshments, binoculars, firepits, and maps detailing the surrounding mountains. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

Great service, would recommend.

The tour bus was great. On time and no problems. The bus played a guided tour while driving which told interesting facts while on the drive. Would definitely recommend if you don't want the wait for the Parks Canada buses. 1 and a half hours at each lake was good too, especially if you want to rent a canoe for an hour.

Perfect Half Day Tour

I’ve always had a great experience with Viator, and this tour was no exception. Since we didn’t have much time, we chose the half-day tour to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, which was a perfect way to see both highlights. Danish was a competent, careful, and professional driver, making the trip comfortable and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely book with Viator again.
