We had a fantastic day. Ariel was Fantastic! We enjoyed the food, the tours, the feeling of Little Havana. One suggestion we sat down at one restaurant at the very beginning of the tour. Then we stood for the next two hours. We were all a little tired. It would be great to have another place to sit during the 2.5 hours. Kudos and thank you for a great day.

This was one of the best walking tours we have ever been on . Star of the show , other than the fascinating buildings which we saw, was undoubtedly our guide Rick . He was so enthusiastic , informative and entertaining - a real showman who kept us interested throughout the 2 1/2 hours which seemed to fly by .Brilliant !

Bianca was an excellent tour guide. She had wonderful energy and provided a lot of interesting information on our Wynwood tour. All of the food was amazing and we left very full! The art in Wynwood is like nothing else I’ve ever seen. This is a highly recommended tour

Fun! Different experience and view from the air was amazing! The pilot was very familiar with the area and able to answer lots of questions. The sunset in the air was AMAZING!! Christian got the plane off the ground ao smoothly - it was fantasy! Landing was unbelievably smooth too!! Way different than commercial flying experiences!

There’s a 45 minute boat ride there and back to a beautiful spot to kayak through the mangroves. Make sure to bring shoes that can get wet for a change of shoes. I used beach shoes. They have frosty water, so don’t worry about bringing some. It’s rather a small boat and during our trip it was a little crowded but fine. I met a really interesting woman who was a filmmaker, very friendly gathering and very great hosts.

Very enjoyable tour! Rene did a fantastic job sharing his passion and knowledge about cigar making and cigar culture. From the hands on feel and smell of the various leaves to the roller and making process, well worth the visit! Some coffee and pastries to boot! Thanks Rene!

Kenneth was very knowledgeable about the history and good places to eat in the area along Lincoln Rd. We've been to Southbeach a few other times but never knew about this area. Enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend doing any tour with Kenneth, especially this walking tour.

In the end, while our personal experience wasn’t ideal, Miami Haunts’ swift and professional response left a very positive impression. They treated us with courtesy, listened to our feedback, and resolved the issue quickly. For that reason, I can still recommend this company to others who want to experience the haunted side of Miami, knowing they are in the hands of a team that values customer satisfaction and stands behind their tours.
