This was a great trip, very informative about the houses we could see from the boat, the bar had a lot of choice and was easy to get refills once the initial boarding queue had gone. A Favorite Experience

This was one of the best adventures we have ever had! Alexandria and Sean knew so much about the bay, islands in the bay, wildlife, and conservation of the area. Captain Jose made the boat journey from the dock to the area where we kayaked smooth and fun. Kayaking through the mangrove forest was breathtakingly beautiful! We really enjoyed feeding the raccoons on Racoon Island! This is a must-do activity!

Fun! Different experience and view from the air was amazing! The pilot was very familiar with the area and able to answer lots of questions. The sunset in the air was AMAZING!! Fun and informative tour of Wynwood neighborhood

This is a golf cart tour of the Wynwood neighborhood, and does not include the Wynwood indoor area. My guide was an artist himself, and was very enthusiastic about street art, graffiti, artists, painting techniques, and the history and norms that go along with them. He encouraged questions and gave me a fun and informative tour of the neighborhood. There were some very nice murals that were off the beaten path that I surely would have missed if I hadn’t had a guide. The neighborhood is big enough that you can’t really see all of it on foot so the buggy is the way to go. My guide was right on time; all the instructions and communications were clear. Highly recommend.

The best boat tour I ever had! And, I had quite a few! Just enough people. Not crowded at all. The captain (Jimmy) and his crew are fantastic! This was two storied boat with ample leg space to move around! It also covered a lot of distance! Some other boats we found was over crowded and also had covers all around! Not the best option for these kind of tours! Loved our Fiesta boat tour!

While our particular tour experience didn’t meet expectations, I want to highlight how professional and responsive the company was in addressing our concerns. Miami Haunts demonstrated integrity and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, offering clear communication. That level of accountability speaks volumes about a company that truly stands behind its product. Despite the issues we encountered with our guide, the overall ambiance of the tour was captivating. The walk through the heart of South Beach at night offered a unique perspective of the city’s art deco architecture, glowing lights, and historic charm. The route itself was enjoyable, taking us past iconic landmarks like the Versace Mansion and The Betsy Hotel, and giving us the chance to explore parts of the neighborhood we might have otherwise missed.
