Your half-day, group tour of Miami will cover loads of ground, and water, and will introduce you to the key areas and most popular spots in town. You’d never be able to see this much of the city in a half-day if you organized it yourself, or learn as many facts about the area as you will from your guide.
The tour leaves hourly, so you have the flexibility to start when you like. You’ll easily meet your open-top bus on Lincoln road, and then get settled into your air-conditioned seat. You’ll see South Beach and downtown from the bus, then stop off at Little Havana where you can buy some refreshments, or cigars.
From here your guide will escort you to your tour boat, which also has food and drink available to purchase. You’ll pass several landmarks and hear all about them on your approximately 90 minute ride.
You can do some shopping at Bayside Market at the end, plus stop at another scenic spot for some photos.

The driver on the bus tour was superb at pointing out places to look at along the way. It was educational as well as entertaining. The boat tour was great! The staff was very good at pointing out points of interest. We had a good time! Glad we did it!!

Overall the experience was okay if we overlooked the inconveniences. If you sit on top on the bus, be prepared to be slapped in the face/head with branches and leaves. One branch smacked my daughter hard and left her in pain. The bottom inside of the bus had no AC and windows were shut on this 90 degree sunny day. The speakers were horrible at the top so we couldn’t hear much of the tour or driver’s instructions. Everyone appeared to be just as lost as us when we made stops for pictures/drinks/food. One family was left behind due to poor instructions. Halfway through, we were walked to our boat cruise. No instructions were given on our pickup spot after the boat cruise. Many of us were left stranded after the boat portion. No response to my messages sent in the app to the tour guide. I goggled and found a number to the Miami Tours and the lady hung up in my face while I was explaining to her that our group is lost and looking for our bus to pick us up. I called back a 2nd time, she told me to tell the group to wait, a bus would be there in 1 hour in a half. This was around 5pm after having been in the hot sun on the tour since 12pm. Many families including mine ended up paying for our own rides back to drop off point. Try another company. I saw other buses with shaded tops on the bus to prevent branches smacking you in the face and provide some shade from the sun. The other buses looked newer and nicer. The boat cruise was an old private ship looking boat that looked like it needed work or you would find at a carnival fair. It was hideous. It’s not the nice boats you see on the photos.

NO AC on the bus as advertised, it was extremely uncomfortable in Miami of all places. The windows will not open and are dirty and cracked , did not take any photos for that reason. This company needs to do better.

We had a very nice tour guide. However, the tour started 45 minutes late which caused us shorter times at the planned stops. I was disappointed that we only got 15 minutes at Waywood when it should have been 30 minutes and only 30 minutes in Little Havana when it should’ve been an hour. It didn’t leave us much time to explore or even grab lunch. Also, don’t plan for air conditioning inside the bus. There was none. It was hotter inside than sitting on top.

Covered all basics, and thats all. Stops at commision should be avoided in my opinion, overall an ok excursion, but could be improved.

The tour company only told us, while checking in, that the boat portion of the tour had been cancelled but we could come back tomorrow for that portion: we had flights the next day and could not return - no credit, partial refund, nothing offered.

Bus was not air conditioned. It was old with cracked windows. It ran 30 minutes behind. The narrator was hard to understand. It did not stop at all stops. One locale was closed. Owner unapologetic. Boat was slightly better. But also hot, older, and narrator hard to understand, especially constantly switching between English and Spanish. Sights, however, were moderately interesting.

First off FALSE ADVERTISING. The bus had zero air conditioning and 2 very big emergency exit windows were swinging, had broken glass and slamming back and forth. Complete hazard especially if a child were sitting near them and got a finger or arm in there. So the bus was super HOT. You could not understand the guide with either how he talked in the microphone or speaker system. So you are touring spots and have no idea what he is saying. May as well have been a digital recording and maybe we would have had a chance to understand what sights we were seeing. We got dropped off at the Bayside Market to explore and get on our next tour via boat ride. The photos advertised first of all was a nice conservative looking white double decker boat. When the tour guide on the bus was dismissing us off the bus, he told us to go to the PIRATE SHIP at 1:15p for our 1:30p boat tour. It was never advertised as a CHEESY PIRATE SHIP. Then we wait in the line in the Miami heat just to be told by that company that they no longer as of 3 days do business with the Miami bus tour company because they haven’t been paying them. So many of us that purchased this tour through the Miami Tours.com were very upset. We had to pay for our own transportation back to the meet up spot in front of their business which low and behold had closed its doors. They weren’t receiving phone calls and just abandoned their establishment. We filed a dispute and We hope to be getting a refund but won’t know for a week. Best ad use is to find a reputable business or uber/lyft yourself to the sites you want to see. There are also plenty of onsite tours right at the Bayside area. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MAIMI TOURS.COM. How aweful and such a waste of our travel time and experience

Don’t waste your money on this tour,there is better ways of seeing Miami

Bus was in a very bad way (front window smashed with barrier tape over front
Rushed everywhere and taken to places for samples and end up having to pay for them so if you book this tour and have a mojito it will cost (3 non alcoholic and one alcoholic nearly $60 (not explained there is a charge)
Boat trip ok and quite informative but on a very old boat.
Overall could have done everything at our own pace using buses for a fraction of the cost and without the rudeness and obsession with the colour stickers they give you to make sure your supposed to be on the bus

The tour did not match what was advertised on the website, and it was a disappointing experience overall.
The biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning on the lower level of the bus. On top of that, passengers were not allowed to bring food or drinks onboard. Given the lack of air conditioning, not being allowed to bring a bottle of water was unreasonable and made the ride very uncomfortable.
The ticket office also does not have a restroom, which would have been helpful to know before arriving.
Another disappointment was the amount of walking. The tour involved much more walking than what was described in the "What's Included" section for the Miami/Miami Beach tour. This made it difficult for my 80-year-old mother.
The one highlight was the staff. Both the bus tour guide and the boat tour guide were knowledgeable, friendly, and provided interesting information throughout the tours. The boat tour was enjoyable and was the best part of the experience.
Unfortunately, the end of the day left a bad impression. While I was helping my 80-year-old mother into my van, another bus tour driver from another bus company repeatedly honked at us while we were parked, despite seeing that I was assisting an elderly passenger. The interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional.
Overall, I would not recommend this tour, especially for families with elderly travelers or anyone expecting the experience described on the website. The boat tour is the only part I would recommend.

Very good tour. Enjoyed the site. The tour rep was lively and made the trip enjoyable. Boat tour on pirate ship was also very good. Only recommendation please fix the air conditioner on the bus. Most passengers sat upstairs. You’d get many more customers.

This tour is waste of money. Zero value for money. The original tour was 3 hrs 30 min which they brought down to 2 hrs 30 min out of which 45 minutes wasted in ice cream shop and lunch stop. There was no commentary at all. Buses are having uncomfortable seating. They told there is AC on first level which was false.

Waited in line where signs said to wait and others ignored and walked to the street. Was told by staff we would get on first and we were the first ones there. Well, it didn’t happen and everyone on the street got on first so I waited “in line” for nothing. Also the guy who was our guide (not the bus driver, he was fine) talked about getting drunk on the stops and my kids were convinced he was drunk. When we got dropped off for the boat part of the cruise he disappeared on us twice. The first time maybe he forgot something but who knows. We were all looking for him wondering where he was then we saw him running towards us from the bus. Wasn’t impressed with the guide at all. Also we were supposed to get a double decker bus and ended up with a single deck bus with no shade from the sun. There were no awnings on the bus like the other ones. Also did not expect to be on an old pirate boat, but a much nicer one. Itinerary didn’t mention a pirate boat either. Paid ahead of time for this trip and then was told when got there would owe a service charge. Totally unexpected as it wasn’t mentioned on the website (at least I didn’t see it) that I would owe more money when I got there.

First we arrive at the 305 Lincoln the young girl is cuddling nose to nose with the gentleman also working and don’t notice we have walked in.
They jump to their feet embarrassed once they see us.
He appears to be high talking slow, soft, eye hard to keep open eyes unable to make and hold contact with our conversation.

We leave walk to Starbucks return he is gone another female employee is there
We wait for the bus to arrive
Bus arrives we walk to get on first step on the bus is broken. Bus is hot no AC on bottom level dirty beyond belief.
We go up the steps , more dirty broken seats cracked plastic missing pieces. I take pictures
We sit down look around at the crazy condition and realize if they don’t maintain what we see how do they maintain this bus mechanically. We sit there thinking what is the boat going to look like….
We get up go back inside ask for a refund they are rude tells us to wait for the next bus we say no thank you.

Well, I honestly thought the crew of tourists and myself were being punk. Why this guy which were two of them one was the spokesperson for the tour and the other guy was the driver whom drove the tour bus. It was two events one was bus and the other was the boat tour when we arrived at the boat tour the spokesperson stated to be back at the destination were he dropped us off at 7:30pm. The boat arrive back to shore @ 7 o’clock. My husband and I went straight to the destination to be picked up it was 7 o’clock, which we had 30 minutes, however we were unsure, but my husband had asked another bus which we knew wasn’t our, he asked what time he think the our bus would come he stated he usually here behind me the driver stated. My husband and I went looking around at 7:15. We arrived back @ 7:30 when we noticed our crew was sitting out there upset, we asked what’s going on they said you might as well uber back to your destination because the driver said they will not be returning and they been out here already and they are not going to return. Wow!! However we have been out there the whole time waiting and just left, went walking around returned back to the pick up spot, every one seen upset. A group no more than 20 people, so my husband and I uber to the place where we were picked up from and explain to the lady that he left the whole group. She told us she believed us because not one person returned back to the building where we was picked up. The driver lied and said he brought 8 people back in, the lady that worked with the tickets. She replied she didn’t see anybody come back nor the bus, she knew that we all was telling the truth, wrote our names down. She was very apologetic because it was shady, lowdown and unprofessional for these guys to leave the whole tourist never came back for us. We all want our money back! Horrible experience.

Bus was ok, girl tour guide was awesome. She provided all information that you should know. Boat boy tour guide was knowledgeable but kicked us from upstairs because of other people viewing. What about our views? We paid for same thing…. I ask him to provide me space for me and kids and he said I have to do myself. There is a no more space on boat then inside and it was very hot. They taking more people then they should on boat , so if you want enjoy the view you have to run and be first to take sitting.

Horrible bus ride. Miserably hit. Not sights to see. Really bad sound system. Guide could barely speak English so we didn't understand a word. The driver was very rude when people didn't give a tip. We took an Uber back to the hotel after the boat tour rather than experience another moment on the bus.
The boat tour was nice which is the only reason this enemy got 2 stars

For the price it is worth it. This is a combo package bus tour and boat tour for the last couple of hours. This is pretty much an “all day” tour. If you are driving to the office try to find parking in a municipal parking ares. Even if you have to catch a ride share to the office. Parking in private parking lots in the area is very expensive. If you have never been to the Miami are this is a good tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable. They are very time oriented if they time you to be back at a certain time do it. Highly recommended tour.
