Fun Day in the jungle!

Our ship was late, but they automatically adjusted for that and were waiting when we arrived. We had a great experience. Comfortable and safe transportation. Jade Caverns was not what I expected - it's a "living cenote" with green water and creatures, and my previous experience nearby was to a "dead cenote" with clear water. But the ATMs were a lot of fun across minimally developed property, and the tour guide answered all our questions in detail. Would absolutely book again!

Definitely Worth It!!

Worth the price and exceeded our expectations. The excursion was fun, memorable, and staff was amazing! The only negative is the trouble we had finding the meeting location. I would suggest that the tour operator be a little more descriptive of where to meet. For those who recently booked or will be booking, the meeting location is not at the terminal, it is across the street from the cruise terminal at the seven 11.

Fun but not later

Paradise Beach staff did an excellent job taking care of us and serving great food and drinks. However my daughter and I got in one of the white ring floating things by the slides. Twelve hours later my daughter had a large spot on her hip like a burn where some type of marine life stung her. She had to go to the doctor and get a steroid shot. The white rings had a lot of green algae in them.

Perfect day! Saw so many rays!

This is a great tour, we really enjoyed the day in the water! Saw many fish, rays and 1 turtle. Ceviche was wonderful! We even rescued another disabled boat! Crew was great and i appreciated the on board photographer who captured our trip! Excellent your! What you do need to know is bring your things in a dry bag, they will get wet and so will you on the boat.

Great trip. We got lucky and ended up with the small group, only about 10 of us. The first two spots were really crowded with other snorkel groups. the final two spots, El Cielo and el cielito were the best. Time lounging in the water and having a snack was the best. Wow!! From days before the tour to the very last second, this was a wonderful experience. Our original plans cancelled on us about 24 hours before we started our vacation. So we booked this tour and I am so glad we did :-) We had an absolutely incredible experience on our Jeep tour in Cozumel! From start to finish, it was a highlight of our cruise. Our guide, Aldiar, was simply outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the island’s history, culture, and hidden gems, and you could tell he genuinely loves sharing Cozumel with his guests. Instead of just taking us to the typical tourist stops, he showed us some amazing local spots that we never would have found on our own. One of our favorite moments was when he took us to a local convenience store so we could grab authentic snacks. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel like we were experiencing the island like locals rather than just tourists. Aldiar was friendly, professional, funny, and made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time throughout the day. His recommendations were spot on, and his passion for Cozumel made the entire experience even more special. If you’re considering a Jeep tour in Cozumel, don’t hesitate—book it! Our family of six (4 adults and 2 children) had an absolutely incredible experience on the Atlantis Submarine Adventure in Cozumel! From start to finish, everything was first-class. The meeting location was easy to find, check-in was quick and organized, and the comfortable, air-conditioned waiting area made the beginning of our excursion relaxing. The introductory video was informative, engaging, and did an excellent job preparing everyone for the adventure ahead. The crew was outstanding! Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everyone had a memorable experience. If you're worried about feeling claustrophobic, don't be. The submarine was much more spacious than we expected, fully air-conditioned, and very comfortable throughout the dive. The large viewing ports gave everyone an excellent view, and at no point did we feel confined. Descending to more than 110 feet below the surface was simply amazing. The underwater views of the coral reef and marine life were breathtaking. What made the trip even more special was the educational aspect. The narration throughout the dive was informative without being overwhelming, teaching us about the reef ecosystem, marine life, and the importance of conservation. Both the adults and the children found it fascinating, and it added tremendous value to an already incredible experience. The entire excursion exceeded our expectations and was even better than described. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Cozumel and created memories our family will cherish for years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend the Atlantis Submarine Adventure to anyone visiting Cozumel. Amazing snorkeling excursion!!

Excellent excursion! Jonathan and his family arrived to the meeting place exactly on time and wasted no time on getting us to the spots for snorkeling. The equipment provided was exceptional, life jackets provided and safety was a priority. We saw amazing fish, coral, starfish, sea turtles and stingrays. Jonathan stayed in the water with us, diving and taking underwater photos. Our time ended with ceviche and drinks in the water served on a diving board while the stingrays swam around us! The day was so much fun and will be remembered for years to come!

Very pleased with the experience. Best day we had during our Caribbean Cruise. Booked direct with Viator, outside of the cruise and worked out great. Received communication well in advance and multiple times the morning of our experience. They coordinated us a taxi from the cruise terminal. Met us in the parking lot at the harbor. Fresh fruit and drinks ready upon boarding. Crew was on point. Drink never went dry and snacks/lunch never stopped. Food was terrific. Snorkel was fun and we saw a lot of fish. Towels handed to you every time you crawled back on the boat. Wifi on the boat kept our music playing. Our group was only 5 people but there was plenty of room for 10+. Two bathrooms on board.
