Top Juneau Bus Tours

Very informative and entertaining tour guide (Troy Ford), who suggested the best walking trails for seeing the falls and glacier. The bus dropped us off conveniently at the start of the walking trails and allowed ample time for us to explore all the sights. The visitor center, with a short film and exhibits, is worth your time. The Mendenhall Glacier is a must see!

We had a great experience on this tour. They took us to three spots to see whales. The tour gave us a better view than what we could see from the cruise ship as they were able to get closer while still giving the whales space. We appreciated the knowledge they shared as well. They seem to really love what they do. All the snacks were unnecessary but appreciated. And Charlie driving the bus was an added bonus. That guy is living his best life sharing info with tourists.

Such a cool experience! Not going to lie, if you don’t get the front seat… it may not be AS fun! The dogs love running. The staff make sure each dog is happy and wants to run before each ride. If the dog isn’t feeling it, they don’t force them to run. Plenty of time to play with the puppies! Everyone on our bus (20 people) had time to hold multiple different puppies. Our musher was great. The staff who met us at the base of Mount Roberts was not pleasant. She played on her phone and was annoyed to answer questions, however we did not see her after the start.

Had a great tour with Alaska On Tap! This was a fun way to spend a rainy afternoon in Juneau! Really enjoyed going to the local breweries and drinking local beer versus the tourist traps at the cruise dock. It was a great way to immerse ourselves in the brewery culture of Alaska!

Driver was awesome (Corrina)! Very fun informative day with lots of activities packed in. Whale watching was spectacular- whales in every direction! The salmon bake area is fun to explore too. Would have loved a little bit more time at Mendenhall glacier to explore Nugget Falls longer because it was beautiful. Overall a great time!

We really enjoyed the excursion. This was our first time doing water rafting especially with Cristian. He was a really good tour guide and very funny. We saw bald eagles and even a seal in the water bobbing up and down. He even gave us some insights what it was like to staying in Juneau even though he only worked there in the summer. Hope to see him in Colorado when we visit.

M & M tours went beyond what was required in every way! First my husband and I were on a cruise with only a half a day in Juneau. Somehow I screwed up the date and only realized it the day before we were to be in Juneau. I contacted Viator to see even though I put in the wrong date, could they accommodate me for the correct date. Viator wasn’t able to contact M & M but left a message. Viator said that it would strictly be the tour company’s decision to accommodate me or not. I paid for the tour months ahead. Thankfully the tour company contacted me first thing in the morning to say, “yes please join us-no additional cost”. We went on the tour and our guide was Alicia. Fantastic guide. She is a native and lives in the area so she knows her way around and her history. She drove our bus and narrated. She is kind, courteous and professional. She encourages your questions and can answer all of them. Plus she gives you fun snacks/trinkets at each stop along her tour. Best tour on our Alaska cruise! Thanks M & M for going the extra mile for your customers. Viator is fortunate to employ you.

We had an awesome time on this excursion. In addition to the driver, there was also a naturalist on our boat. He gave us lots of information and we could ask questions. We saw so many whales. We even got to see a big group “bubble net feeding!” We could have stayed longer at the glacier, but we wanted to make sure we got back to our ship on time. They had lots of buses going back and forth. I highly recommend this activity.
