It was so nice to be welcomed by a friendly driver with beautiful leis for us on arrival. He was very helpful with our bags and drove us in a luxurious vehicle to our hotel. It was worry free and relaxing. After a very long trip to get here. I’d recommend it for everyone!

Truly made our arrival feel special after a long flight. We got our bags and were greeted by Danny who had the sign to indicate he was there for us. He texted us the night before to set expectations and delivered flawlessly even though we were about 20 minutes late getting in. The ride was comfortable, and they even provided car seats for my twins since we did not travel with them. After the ride we were sent several recommendations on things to check out and do in the area. I highly recommend this service if you’re looking for a traditional, friendly lei greeting! Professional, friendly and so worth it!

Booking was easy and communication prior to arrival was great. Ethan reached out the night before and was so pleasant upon arrival with the lei greeting and handling all of our luggage. The drive was smooth and arrival at our hotel was great.

From the moment we arrived, our driver, Danny was in contact with us. Danny was an awesome driver and welcomed us with Lei’s. Have great recommendations on things to do while in Honolulu. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver!

Maybe it was just my experience, but I would not recommend this. My driver wasn’t there when I arrived, I had to call him. He was running late. He gave me the leis, pretty much threw it on my neck and he didn’t smell very good. Then he grabbed my suitcase and basically sprinted with it away from me to get to his car which was just a car, nothing special, and never once looked back to see if I was following, Thank god I’m in good shape. The car was in the parking garage and he even went to the wrong floor so after a very long long flight, we are power walking through the garage trying to find his vehicle, Again, he’s never saying a word time. Throws my luggage in his basic car, doesn’t have water, doesn’t check on air, drives like a maniac to Waikiki in bumper to bumper traffic, when I say he changed lanes even could cars, I’m not exaggerating, As someone who schedules drivers in Orlando and DC, everything about this left me very disappointed and not the professional driver with a beautiful leis greeting I imagined,
The only reason I gave two stars and not one is that the company accommodated my two hour flight change that happened 24 hours before my arrival, and did ensure a driver still could pick me up.

This was better than I expected! The driver Danny was waiting for us at our baggage carousel with my name on a sign! He didn't rush us, took photos for us and got us to our destination safely.

Danny was great welcoming us at bag claim. The Leis were beautiful and glad we got a picture at the airport wearing them. Because they are fresh they do not last long. Van/bus was very comfortable.

Driver was late. I was expecting a little more for the Lei greeting. Then he dropped us off on the parking lot of the hotel and we had no idea where to go. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Vincent was wonderful! He texted me the morning of our arrival to confirm our flight and hotel details and he met us at baggage claim exactly as he said he would. He ended up having to wait longer than usual for us because our checked bag was misplaced and the airline had to track it down. He pointed out landmarks on the way to our hotel and was very helpful. So glad we booked with him!

Our driver, Danny, was wonderful. He gave us a “driving tour” narrating the highlights we passed between the airport and our hotel on Wakiki Beach. He was extremely courteous and made our arrival in Honolulu ( after many hours of travel) very welcoming and relaxing. Danny helped us totally with our bags (which were many and heavy!). And he sent me a list of recommendations on restaurants and activities in the area… very helpful!
