Continue your exploration at the Colburn Hotel, once a haven for Hollywood elites and eccentric poets, and witness the haunting facade of the Patterson Inn. Then, explore Pennborough's Victorian mansion, marvel at Capitol Hill Mansion Bed & Breakfast, and stop outside the Molly Brown House Museum, renowned for ghostly apparitions.
Next, head into Pennsylvania Street to unveil restless spirits behind historic mansions. Prepare for an intense Peabody-Whitehead Mansion experience, capturing ghostly orbs, and stop outside the colossal Sheedy Mansion, where the "Lady in Red" may glide up the main staircase.

- There are no avaialble restrooms, along the tour route. Please make the necessary provisions, before coming on the tour.
- We do not go into the mansions, as they are all privately owned; however, this does not prevent you from experiencing possible paranormal activity
- This tour will operate, rain, snow, or shine. We do not give refunds or move reservations, due to weather conditions.
- Do not show up to the tour inebriated or under the influence of a substance. You will be asked to leave, and you will not be issued a refund. Please be respectful of the other guests on the tour.
- Some of the sidewalks are uneven. Please be aware of where you’re walking, especially when low lighting conditions exist.
- Only cross the street at protected pedestrian traffic crossings. Never cross in the middle of the street.
- Any photographs that are taken, could be used on social media, or in advertising.
- This tour is rain or shine. We do not do refunds or move reservations, due to rain. Please bring an umbrella, if rain was in the forecast.
- Other than service animals to ensure the safety of all of our guests, pets are not allowed on this tour.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

The tour was awesome! Heather told lots of interesting facts around each spot on the tour as well as shared pictures. She was as very social- answering questions and engaging the group. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Shelia was a great ghost host for the tour. Make sure you use the restroom before going to the tour since you don't stop.

John, was our guide he was great, knew all history and facts,grew up in the area. I love it because high because I did not feel rushed at all , we learned so much and I kind of wish I had taken at the first day I got to Colorado to learn where to go and what is going on🎉

Good walking pace- more historical tour vs typical ghost tour. Lights on in specific area of properties made it feel staged.

I’m not sure whether the scenes and places they showed us were staged or real, but overall the experience was very good, with some amazing and chilling horror stories.

Hi Nitin, thank you for writing a review for the Twilight Ghost Tour, although from your description, I am not 100% that you took our ghost tour, or if you intended to post this on a different tour company’s site. Our tour goes through the historic neighborhood of Denver’s Capitol Hill. Stops include 8 or 9 Victorian mansions of old Denver. We don’t go into any locations. I wasn’t sure how you might suspect that one of the houses were staged, and possibly not real. These are full scale homes, and are mostly residential locations; either way, it sounds as though you had a good time, but the staged part that you mentioned is inconsistent with the mansions that we visit. It sounds like you might of gone on a tour that includes some spooky interior locations. I looked up your first name, and I did see a match to a reservation, all the way back to June, 2024.

Andrew is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and quite funny with his one liners. I’ve lived in Colorado for over 13 years and it’s so fun being a tourist in your own city. I learned so much about Cap Hill! I’m a former history teacher and now travel a lot, so I love walking tours, but this one was unique! Highly recommend, especially for spooky season.

Our tour guide Jayce was fabulous! He was able to relate to our diverse group of people on the ghost tour. Our tour group was comprised of individuals of varying ages who were from the area, from out of state, and from Europe. Furthermore, there was a group that was late and Jayce was patient and kind and even went so far as to call them. What was so endearing about Jayce is that he took time to engage with a member of our group with special needs. He patiently listened to this individual and responded to this individual's questions with respect and dignity.
Jayce lives in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and sincerely loves this area and his job as a tour guide!
If there was one improvement that we could suggest is perhaps touring the inside of some of these stately mansions as we learned about their haunted past.

My tour guide was Bill! He did an excellent of regaling us with spooky tales of our fair city. The tour stayed relatively in the vicinity of the starting point. And it was a really good pace! His voice carries very well in large group, which is a must have!

My guide, Will, was phenomenal! He balanced the history and the macabre perfectly. He kept everyone engaged and having a great time. I would absolutely recommend the tour to others visiting Denver, even if you don't believe in ghosts, and Will was just an added bonus.
