I had visited Charlotte a few times and wanted to see the city from a different perspective. Naomi added a personal touch and was a great guide and host. Her passion about her city shows! Many interesting facts and points of interest you don't see driving by. Would definitely recommend it!

The tour guide was knowledgeable, sweet, and approachable. I enjoyed the tour and learning more about our culture.
At times, it was hard to hear her due her talking forward. Her voice was soft so there were moments I couldn't hear at all while walking.
Overall a great tour.

The tour guide Naomi was very polite and friendly, and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the culture, community, and history as it related to Queen Charlotte as well as Africa Americans that contributed to the community and society as a whole. The timing and length of the tour was adequate and very satisfying to learn what sounds like the backbone and footprint of Charlotte's existence. A tour well worth it and one I would highly recommend!

The tour was great! The tour guide was quite knowledgeable about the City! The meeting location was perfect. The walk was not bad at all. We’d stop to talk, take break if needed, etc. i thoroughly enjoyed the tour! Do not let the “walking tour” discourage you, it’s definitely an easy walk.

I gained vital insight to the historical contributions of African Americans in Charlotte and the U.S. that have been left out. Our tour guide was not only extremely knowledgeable she was also personable. I highly recommend this tour.
