Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very personable. We did the tour in the opposite order as listed. We walked under the waterfall on the first stop. And if you walk under the waterfall, you will get wet. The waterfalls were beautiful and seeing the glacier up close was a treat. We stopped at the black sand beach for lunch.

Our guide Elfie was fabulous. So knowledgeable and funny. She made the experience so fun. The food was great. A few of the dishes were amazing! It’s a fair amount of walking which was fine for us but if you aren’t very mobile that may be an issue for you. We enjoyed the tour through the city and learning history about the country and different buildings.

Awesome as ever

My husband and I have been to sky lagoon 3 times now: we took my in-laws with us this time and they were in awe. The lagoon was beautiful as ever, the seven step ritual awesome and the drinks at the bar are yum. We stayed at the waters edge watching the world go by for 1.5 hours. Everyone should try it. Just a fantastic place. We will be back!!

Incredible

Hello! I don't even know how to describe the excursion: it was, simply, INCREDIBLE. A special thanks to our guide; I didn't speak English and he made sure to look out for me during the entire tour. At the end of the day, we went to the Blue Lagoon and, suddenly, the northern lights appeared! They were incredibly intense; the sky filled with color: it was absolutely spectacular! Thanks again to our guide.

Awesome few hours

An awesome experience. I have been on three of these tours now and every time I’ve been very fortunate to see a whale: this time was the same, but the whale (banana) kept showing up! We saw minkie whales as well as lots of sea birds and the beautiful Reykjavik harbour. The tour was well organised and although it was bitterly cold outside there are jackets to wear if you wanted: I would thoroughly recommend this tour and maybe I’ll do it again when I’m next back to Iceland.

Perfect experience

This was an amazing experience! Jonas was the most dedicated guide, he made sure we saw the lights and was so ready to take the best photos. His attitude really made the experience so much more special! And of course we saw the lights and it was just perfect! The hot chocolate and cookies were also really good! An experience

You should have done it- too. If it is not exactly inexpensive, it is a great experience to lie in the warm pool, most have a drink in their hand while doing so, and to look out at the water. The 7-step ritual should also be done with all steps- including the cold pool at the beginning. A tip: Take the public buses for 73 cents instead of expensive pickup/transfer.

Most incredible trip I have ever done! Highly recommend this to anyone! Yngvi was our driver/tour guide and he was awesome! So much info and fun side stops for the best ice cream! The snowmobiling on the glacier was a blast! Lucas was our guide during the snowmobile part and he made it super fun! We would do this trip again if we ever make it back!

This was SO much fun! Its...

This was SO much fun! Its a highlight of our trip our family keeps talking about! It meets in the parking lot near the waterfall. There are bathrooms there and a souvenir shop as well. The bus ride up was a bit bumpy, but it made it fun! They stop part of the way up to the glacier to gear up and have a bathroom stop. They provided all of the gear and it definitely keeper us warm and comfortable. They were great at instructing us on how to use the snowmobiles. We followed the guide around the glacier in a line with another guide at the end of the line. We were able to get off the snowmobiles before turning around and heading back to stretch our legs, walk around on the glacier, and take photos. It was such a great day would highly recommend!!
