We got the full Icelandic weather experience, and it made the day even more memorable. 🙂 Pickup was easy too: the minibus collects you directly from your hotel if it's one of the listed pickup locations, which was very convenient. The Golden Circle and the stops along the way were absolutely breathtaking. My favorite moment was standing between two continents at the tectonic plate boundary, which was unforgettable. He was outstanding: friendly, professional, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about Icelandic geology, history, and everyday life. As someone traveling with a mobility scooter, I was especially grateful for David’s help at every stop. He carefully and cheerfully assisted with getting the scooter in and out of the van, making the entire tour feel accessible, smooth, and welcoming. His support was never made to feel like an inconvenience—it was simply part of the outstanding service and genuine care he showed all of us. David turned a beautiful sightseeing day into a memorable experience.
