Truly VIP

This is a great VIP tour. Our guide was Maria and she was so knowledgeable and absolutely delightful. She made sure we were taken care of the entire day and kept us on schedule with a very courteous manner. The sites speak for themselves and they are wonderful. The bus was luxurious, stocked with drinks and snacks, and had AC for the hottest days in Bavarian history. The driver was safe and punctual as well. You cannot go wrong with this trip, but do be sure to have a moderate to above level of fitness. We tracked well over 10,000 steps on the day, and the bright side is for every trek uphill, there is a stroll downhill for balance.

Fairy tale experience

Our tour guide was amazing! She gave us wonderful information on the drive to and from the castles. The castles themselves are incredibly beautiful, but be aware that you can’t take photos inside. And the walking trail is really just continuing past the restrooms and kiosk by the castle.

Excellent time!

Trip was exceptional! Annette was an awesome guide. Gave us just the right amount of information. Not too much, not too little. She had a great sense of humor as well. Entire trip was very organized by the provider. Annette was also around the restaurant at lunch time to help get us tables and expedite the dining experience so no one was late. No complaints whatsoever. Excellent time!

Relaxing voyage - well worth it.

Beer on board was cold and refreshing. Everything was on time. The roof folded back in sections, so when the rain stopped, it was opened and we could get a cool breeze in the heat. The tour guide was excellent, pointing out information that we didnt know of the areas, even though we had visited Berlin before.

Great views of Bavarian Alps. Enjoyed the guides many stories and information. The only thing is be very aware of how much cash you need. It’s an additional 35 euros per person to ride bus to the Eagles Nest. It would make a lot more sense to include this in the initial purchase price. There was one group of five people that did not have the fair in cash. Guide floated them the money until they were shown an ATM at the final stop. I could see how this could ruin your day!

This was fun. Bus was not overcrowded, which was a plus! Nice stops, exactly as described. Make sure you bring cash - for many of the activities. Lunch was great, great view. Castle shorter than we expected but magical. Coaster was awesome! Guide was knowledgeable and helpful. Great long day!

Wonderful tour with Jonny, Recommend!

We enjoyed this tour very much. Jonny was our guide and he is an excellent guide- professional and friendly. He was informative and personable. He answered everyone's questions. There is a lot of walking involved in this tour so be prepared. Comfortable shoes are a must! Lots of steps in the castle. It rained off and on so I was glad I had my umbrella. The weather did not hamper the tour. The walk to the bridge is worth it for the amazing photo op of the castle and after going through N castle, just past the cafe, is a balcony with open windows. Be sure to take a photo from that location. There is ample time to visit the castle, visit the gift shop, have lunch, walk to the bridge, etc. The timing on the itinerary was just right for us.

It is a long day going to and from the port but the trip is well worth the wait. Tobi, our tour guide was very informative and easy to understand. I think everyone enjoyed all the information and places we visited on this tour. Our driver did a great job getting us to Berlin and driving the big bus in and around Berlin.
