YAY and Yummy Belgian Chocolate Making Workshop!
Oh my gosh!!! The BEST!!! Phong, our host was very good. I learned tips about making chocolate. Instructions given by Phong was very clear and easy to follow. I enjoyed the workshop so much and one of the best part is we get to take home our own finished products. YAY! and Yummy! I highly recommend this workshop when you go to Brugge! ♥️🥰💕

Highly Recommend Hungry Mary's Tours!
Martin and Stephen were great!! This was one of the best tours we have done. Both the local chocolate and beer tastings were awesome. Each stop had something unique to Brussels. We tried some of the restaurants they recommended and all were good as well.

Great food, great guide and great city!
Charles was amazing!! He took great care to explain about the food and history of his homeland. The food was delicious and plentiful having all the traditional Belgium fare. Charles is a rare find in the sea of tour guides. Would highly recommend this tour. Take your first evening so you can get recommendations and a lay of the city.

Great tour!
Such a great tour! Definitely recommend! I was debating this or the one that’s double the price and time and honestly I’m so glad we did this. We saw all the major sites, learned about the city and food culture and got to taste lots of beer, chocolate, and waffles! Tiago was a fantastic guide- very knowledgeable and gave us lots of personalized recs and information!!

Belgium history with chocolate and waffles.
Clemens gave us a very good overview of the History of both Belgium and Brussels. The architecture of Brussels is amazing and his ability to point out the unique characteristics was very interesting. The chocolate stop pointed out the reasons why Belgium’s top shops are the best in the world. Who knew Belgian waffles could be so interesting and so good

Do it!
This was such a fun experience. The instructor was funny, and talked us through the process. We got to make several types of chocolate, and got to take home much more than I thought.
I would absolutely do this again.
A huge bonus is that the beans are ethically sourced.

The tour itself was about...
The tour itself was about 2 hours long with our guide Julien who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We then had about 4 hours of free time to ourselves which was the main reason I chose this tour over others. We were able to hit all the spots we wanted to go to before meeting back at the bus. A friend of mine described Bruges as the Disneyland of Europe and I’d say I’d agree. It is VERY crowded and things are more expensive than Brussels so keep that in mind for what you plan to do. We did not do the boat ride but others in our group did and seemed to have enjoyed it.

Exploring Brussels with Wonderful Patrick
We had the most wonderful afternoon exploring the ins and outs of Brussels with Patrick. He is so friendly and knowledgeable, we talked non-stop finding so many cultural and unique commonalities. He knows Brussels intimately, including history and stories about all the major sites, while providing insights about intriguing off the beaten path locales, restaurants, shops and nightlife. We explored cathedrals, museums, parks, side streets and chocolate shops, while joining a street party celebrating the Mustache Men and Mannequin Pis. It was a delightful experience and highlight of our Brussels experience.

Our Wonderful Tour Guide!
The boat ride in the canal was lovely, if cramped, but the kudos belong to Bernadette, our walking guide. She had a strong voice, which helps in a group setting, and a wonderful disposition. Bernadette gave us interesting information and kept the group on schedule. I really think she made the tour so enjoyable.

Enchanting cities
The tour guides were knowledgeable, pleasant and organized. Be prepared to walk. I feel that adding a total of 2 more hours to the trip will be an excellent improvement to the tour. The long walks to the meeting places takes away time from enjoying and admiring these two beautiful cities. In conclusion I highly recommend.

We had the best day with...
We had the best day with Mauv (hope we are spelling his name right!). The transpiration was perfect and each location was worth visiting. Having a private tour was worth the money as both locations are quite busy. Mauv shared so much history and he was was a great guide. I would highly recommend this tour!

Great tour
We took this tour with several friends while on a cruise. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and interesting. The area itself was amazing. We had some free time toward the end to eat and revisit the areas we previously viewed. Overall, it was well worth the money.

Storybook cities, chocolate factories, charming countryside—Belgium may sound like a fairy tale. Let it sweep you off your feet, and experience the best of the small country on your own terms. Belgium tours get you to the highlights without the hassle, with day trips to Ghent, Bruges, or Antwerp from Brussels or trips with a knowledgeable guide to World War One battle sites. If you are primarily interested in the chocolate, though, there’s plenty for you as well—walking tours featuring local chocolatiers, workshops where you craft your own truffles, or tours that bring beer and cheese to the table as well.
