Faultless tour

We took a 2 day tour with our guide Cumhur. The whole process was seamless with early contact from Cumhur the day before our tour to make sure all was in order. Cumhur proved to be a fantastic guide. Very nice man with excellent knowledge of the history behind all the key buildings and landmarks in Istanbul. His itinerary was perfect for us with just the right amount of time spent each day at each site and very much tailored to our interests and stamina. We really appreciated that he showed us less touristy parts of Istanbul life and his recommendations for lunch at venues used by locals was something we could never have done on our own or at least not with a good deal of luck!

Mert, our guide was excellent! He arrived early at the designated meeting point and was very friendly and helpful from the start! This was a small group tour of 9 (was meant to be 12) which we would highly recommend! Mert was excellent at moving us on from each point of interest to the next and always ensured we had plenty free time to explore and take photos at each location! He is an excellent communicator and provided lots of information both historical and cultural in an engaging manner. Visits to both mosques and the cistern are definite musts when visiting Istanbul. Although not part of the itinerary Mert suggested a restaurant for a late lunch where a number of the group joined him and where he freely continued to provide us with many more insights into life in Istanbul. We really appreciated that this was purely a history/cultural tour with no visits to shops included. Would highly recommend this tour and Mert as a guide, as he made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable and memorable.

Ephesus and Terraced Houses

Our guide, Ogun, was excellent! He was warm and welcoming from the start and provided us with a wide range of information as we travelled to Ephesus and the temple of Artemis! The latter only consists of a single column but still worth seeing the locations where the earlier Ephesus cities were sited. Our tour of Ephesus included the terrace houses which was definitely worth doing. On site Ogun guided us at a good pace, answered questions, and looked after the group really well. He was able to paint a good picture of what life was like during this period. The amphitheater is currently closed due to remedial works to stabilise the structure so can only be viewed externally from a distance. Ephesus is always going to be a busy site with visitors but that is something you just have to accept.

Great experience

Very friendly and timely responses to all my inquiries. Driver and pilot were professional and cheerful. The experience was well organised and ran to perfection. Competitive prices for prefect experience. The location was central with many most of the balloons in the Göreme area. Altitude was high and climbed twice. Then low on the valley before landing without an issue.

Great experience

The Traditional Performances Made the Night

This was such a fun and memorable way to spend an evening in Istanbul. The Bosphorus views were beautiful, the atmosphere was lively, and having a private table made the experience feel even more comfortable and enjoyable. One of my favorite parts was the traditional dancing during dinner. The performances were so much fun to watch and really made the night stand out. It added a cultural element to the cruise that made the experience feel more special than just having dinner on the water. The staff was also very nice and helped make the evening enjoyable from start to finish. Between the food, the traditional performances, the atmosphere, and the nighttime views of Istanbul, this was a really nice experience and one I would definitely recommend.

There's nothing better and than a dedicated guidee

Our guide, Forkan, was knowledgeable, patient, and is passionate about Turkish history. As a result, the tour was interesting and engaging in a fun way. There were one or two things that warned exactly as I understand it wasn't presented in any offensive way, and I highly recommend the tour. It was truly a nice experience.

Spectacular

It was an amazing experience! From the process of booking for the hot air balloon flight right till the return to the hotel, the tour operator took very good care of us. Communication was prompt and clear. The hotel pick up was on time. The pre-flight breakfast was really filling as well. Our pilots Izzet and Ibrahim were very professional and gave us lots of useful information during the flight. They did a fantastic job and made all of us feel safe and comfortable! The views from the hot air balloon was spectacular. No words can do justice as to the amazing experience. After landing, we were treated to drinks and cake, which was really good. We then got our flight medal and certificates. Overall, this was the best experience we have ever had! Thanks and really well done to all the team!

An enjoyable experience

The trip lived upto expextations. The constant flow of snacks and the helpful crew made this an enjoyable experience and one that I would happily recommend to others. The cruise vessel was spotlessly clean and well maintained too. The person providing the commentary perhaps was a little too talkative maybe that could be improved. Less inane chatter. Point out the things of interest and not much more.
