Hot Golden Circle with Ian
Best way to get out of the city for a day. Ian was a great guide we enjoyed all his stories and history. Since we were a small group he was able to show us a bit more and travel different roads highly recommend small group minivan! Hot Golden Circle thanks Ian.

Fabulous experience
Just go. Our glacier group had the entire age range: from young to old. Our glacier guide Mika trained us well and accompanied us well. Our driver Sergei made stops at two waterfalls and the black sands beach, giving us enough time (you now, considering time limits). Both guides were friendly and attentive to personal needs. Superb experience!

Great family friendly tour of Snæfellsnes- definitely recommend
Overall fantastic tour of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula in Iceland, very dramatic landscapes with waterfalls, volcanic mountains, little rivers, dramatic cliffs overlooking the ocean and seal beaches. The only negative I would say is they are around 10 stops with bathroom breaks and sometimes felt a little rushed some of the areas we could use more times some less so just a little bit of time management concerns. Also because of the time of the tour you should bring a lunch because there is no time to stop for any restaurants on this tour. overall would
highly recommend in any tourist should see this area. The guide in the bus driver were very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Franco was the best...
Franco was the best guide! He was flexible on a variable weather day and really customized the tour to the abilities of our group. It was our first time trying ice climbing and he was the perfect person to teach us. We felt incredibly safe with his guidance and he gave us enough sense of adventure to push ourselves. His love of Iceland, the land, and the glacier is clearly evident. 10/10 recommend this activity for anyone wanting something a little more adventurous and challenging.

This was a great...
This was a great experience! Shawn did a great job guiding our tour- good knowledge and information, great wirh the safety info, and then he took us into a little valley/ravine on the glacier which was awesome. The only thing I wanted differently was more time to explore on the actual glacier itself!

Great experience!
The experience was absolutely beautiful! Our guide, Jessica, was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. There was so much history that she told us about, as well as cultural information about Iceland. She gave us wonderful recommendations once we entered back into Reykjavík. Lucas was a great driver too. So friendly and I felt very safe going around.

Would recommend
Absolutely amazing experience. Jay adjusted the hike to meet the skill level of our group and made sure the conditions on the glacier were safe. He even brought the sunshine on what was to be a rainy and cloudy day. Highly recommend this tour group and the experience was epic!!!

A must-do Iceland experience!
Our guide, Maria, was helpful and knowledgeable and made this such a great experience for us! It was such a unique experience getting to hike up onto the glacier, see the little water flows, and ice caves on this quickly changing landscape. We nearly decided not to take the time to drive out to Vatnajökull, but I’m so glad we did!

A Memorable Trip
What a great trip to see some of Icelands best sights. Lots of interesting commentary from the driver throughout. Extinct volcanic craters, geyser, waterfalls, geothermal park and all on the tour. The highlight though was Hvammsvik geothermal pools, a 2 hour stop that will last in my memory for a long time. Don't forget to have a quick dip in the ocean as well!

This tour was incredible!...
This tour was incredible! We had an amazing tour guide who shared lots of history and fun facts about each sight we went to. This tour is a MUST for anyone who wants to explore some of Iceland’s most beautiful sights. This was my favorite tour of my entire trip!

A morning on a glacier
This was a once in a lifetime experience on a glacier. Our guide, Radic (sp?), was great at making sure we were safe as well as providing a lot of knowledge about the glacier.
We started in groups and learned how to put on equipment. After about 20 min. drive from the camp to the hike start site, we separated into groups on 12 to a guide and headed up a steep climb (~20 min) to where we could see the glacier and put on our crampons. The tour spends about 3.5 hours on the glacier exploring an ice cave and a few crevasses.
Would definitely recommend. We were in the last days of the excursion offering before the weather made access to the cave inaccessible due to Spring melt.

Thanks Edgar and Natalia!
This was the highlight of my trip to Iceland. When can you say you hiked a glacier? My partner and I went to iceland in October when there was record snowfall- 18inches! We still managed to make the trek from Reykyavik to the meet up location (about 2.5 hour drive) and it was well worth it. The weather on the glacier itself was perfect, hardly windy and SUNNY. It look a little bit to get the trek started with donning the safety equipment, but once we got going, wit was amazing. Edgar and Natalia were amazing hosts- very patient with some of our less attentive compatriots but also very informative. And a pleasure to be around and talk with. I just hope they'll adopt a QR code / venmo for digital payments (still, it's obviously wholly, my fault I did not prepare cash for tips!). Best of luck to you Edgar and Natalia, I hope to see you again next year, maybe in the spring or fall!
