Long day but worthwhile. The tour was informative. We’ve booked many tours via Viator and we seldom have had a bad experience with a tour guide but this tour was an exception in that regard.

Very moving and informative tour conducted by Radius tours. The site is well preserved with lots of historical information posted. Our guide, Connie, did a great job navigating us to to the site by S Bauhn and a very short local bus ride. She was well versed in information about the site and history and provided great commentary. We ere given free time at the end of her tour to go back to area we wanted to revisit on our own.

Very interesting tour. Hard to wrap one’s head around the horror and abuses that occurred here! Man’s inhumanity to man! We must never forget and never let something like this happen again!
We liked our guide, but had a little trouble understanding some of his English.

Nicola was a fantastic guide. You could tell she really loves history, and that made the tour so much more interesting. She was very knowledgeable but explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She also took the time to answer questions and gave us great suggestions for things to see and do around the city after the tour. This was one for the books! You would not want to miss taking advantage of this tour. From the beginning we were openly welcomed by friendly staff. Our tour guide Connie (im certain I spelled it wrong) was INCREDIBLE! She carefully guided us thru the metro and onto a bus to get to Dachau Concentration Camp. Once we got there, she did an amazing job explaining and describing each area. My favorite part were the personal quotes from survivors personal stories. She kept us on schedule to make sure we made it back on time. Her personal connection to Dachau made it even more special and shows that she truly enjoys sharing the true history behind Dachau. It is fast paced. If u want to spend more time at the exhibits you should book an all day tour or view it on your own.

At first we weren’t going to book a tour, we were just going to try “wing it” and visit Dachau on our own. Thankfully we wised up and paid for the Radius tour through Viator. It was the best experience. We learned so much from Alex and he did a fantastic job of taking care of all the details. Whatever you are paying him, double it! We feel very lucky to have had Alex as our guide!

Steve was very knowledgeable and passionate about relaying the stories about survivors or those who died in the camps. It would have been easier to hear if Steve used a microphone and ear devices since there were many people. Transport was easy.
